Arvada is a modern, upcoming community with an eclectic mix of residents and businesses. Young professionals appear to make up most of the population. Old Town Arvada consists of a fun collection of small privately owned shops and boutiques, as well as cute romantic cafes and coffee houses.

The multiple restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping! Also the quick response from the Police when we needed them, and we did at SAVANNAH SUITES HOTEL!!! We were LOCKED OUT, and could never get in touch with anyone there! We wound up having to find another hotel at midnite!!!

There are many parks and places to fish in Arvada.
There are many parks and places to fish in Arvada. It is a family friendly town, very close to Golden which has a beautiful walk next to clear creek. Golden also has the Coors Brewery tours along with micro breweries throughout the town. In the summer you can tube down clear creek. Arvada is right down the highway from The National Western Complex and the heart of downtown Denver.JamesUnited States

The facilities were nice such as the kitchen, restrooms, and wi-fi. The house was very clean and tidy. The hosts checked up on us in case we needed anything and was very welcoming. Overall, I would recommend staying here as it is in a safe area and has all your necessities. Great value and stay.
