No working tv was told it would be fixed but no light bulbs in lamps. Microwave not connected to be used then took forever to warm anything. Was told 3 different stories about refund. Staff not helpful at all.

nice, clean city near SEATAC.
nice, clean city near SEATAC. Everyone was friendly enough, just make sure you lock your doors and stay out of alleys & underpass areas: I was looking for a hiking trail to smoke a little doobie before heading to SeaTac. I found the trail entrance was tucked behind & under a freeway overpass. I'm from Phoenix, so I knew better than to risk heading into this area as a female alone. Sure enough, just around a slight bend and out of view from the parking area was a ripped ladies' purse with it's contents strewn all over the ground in what seemed like a struggle. I noticed a syringe and lamp cord and lighter and foil. Even though this was next to a transit center and busy parking lot in the middle of the day on a sunny weekday. Yikes, no thank you. I just walked around the perimeter of the lot in full view of traffic and smoked, not worth the possible trouble. This was the only time I felt worried or even concerned for my safety in Auburn. Stay around folks & you will probably be fine: just like in life.

Nothing- it was scary loud probably illegal activity all night long- scared. Did not sleep. Worst place of my life- afraid, afraid to call desk as they may be “ tolerating” activity. Too scared. Left as soon as it was light out

We were charged for a room that we were not using as the border was closed due to Covid 19 we were charged more than originally quoted and we notified the hotel that we were Canadian and not allowed to travel
10 mins drive to Auburn center, super quite residence area. Everything is absolutely over spec! Far more comfort than commercial hotel. Ligth cook buy yourself, save more. Lisa is so nice, prepared everything, welcome wine, cookies, even allow me to charge my EV through their outdoor outlet. Hot tub is clean and heated, it's a luxurary experience!! The price is for sure lower to market at this moment, however, it worth more to spend in future here. Would want to come again in short time. Highly recommended!!!
When we checked in, we were notified that we were upgraded to a suite with no extra charge! The room was clean and nice and the beds were very comfortable. It was close to downtown and restaurants. The Continental breakfast area was a decent size with enough options to choose from. There is also a little market where you can buy microwaveable food, beverages, ice cream, candy, chips, protein bars, chargers, Tylenol, feminine hygiene etc. Just an all around nice hotel.
The rooms and the hotel itself were very clean. I loved the comfort of the bed. The location was great, close to stores, and freeway. Breakfast looked great, but when I got there, there was nowhere to sit. It was packed. I would have taken some to my room, but I had already turned my key in. It's very quiet here. The room was great. It had plenty of lighting, things worked as they should, and I didn't see anything that was a red flag.
Absolutely fantastic stay, it was exceptionally nice and the owner was extremely helpful, genuinely nicer than pretty much every hotel I've been to. My only advice would be that you need to have a car, the seattle area is not even remotely walkable and the public transportation is terrible. As long as you have a car this will be one of the best places to stay at by a long shot when it comes to the price point.
Nothing like the description on booking.com.
We were disappointed in the room.
For a Days Inn Property, the room was dirty and many broken items .
We will never trust Days Inn for future travels !
I hope the owners can get this particular hotel cleaned up for future people to stay there .
Very dissatisfied
mm this hotel isn’t being funded with enough to maintain it properly. the facility is suffering from lack of maintenance or funds to maintain. the staff is keeping rooms clean and cared for as best as they can. but a real lack of keeping up with exterior garbage and just keeping it look neat
+ Very friendly and helpful staff
+ Superb level of cleanliness in the whole hotel
+ Large room with a comfy bed and a great walk-in shower
+ Free parking
+ Good gym with new equipment
+ Good complimentary breakfast with several choices
The owners are super welcoming :)
The place is perfect if you're working remote or for young professionals who need to work close to Auburn
Creative place and possibility to organize events there
The bed tents are awesome to have privacy
I have stayed at the hotel for a week and it was a good overall experience.
It’s located only a few steps from closest taco bell and other outlets. Facilities: Clean beds, Children pool, light breakfast. Friendly hotel staff.
The staff was extremely friendly, and the check-in was easy. The location was close to everything we needed for our stay. Also, the bed was excellent. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip back to Auburn.
You don’t except cash!
By bank card had no chip , so my money. Was not good enough to pay fir my stay! WILL NEVER STAY AT YOUR HOTEL. I had to sleep in my car. Thanks for nothing!!!
quiet location and close to many shopping centers. the hotel itself was clean and comfortable. the desk ladies were very kind and gave a great explanation of the amenities.
Breakfast was great, so many options; eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits/gravy, fresh made waffles, sugar free syrup option, bagels, danish, cereal, juice, coffee and more.
