The location is great. We easily walked to the Climate Pledge arena, the Space Needle and Pike Place Market from the hotel. It was also very convenient having the grocery market right beside the hotel. We also really enjoyed the complimentary happy hour drink our first night after a long drive to Seattle.

My visit to Bainbridge Island is all about family. The summer weather was picture perfect and our trip to Pleasant Beach Village was lovely. The ferry ride from seattle to bainbridge is very relaxing if you have been traveling all day. Walking distance from the ferry to the touristy part of Bainbridge is short. Winslow Way has many shops and restaurants. Being on Bainbridge, with a car, can be a starting off point to visit other towns such as Silverdale and Poulsbo. Interesting shops (Bargain Boutique Thrift Store), nice hotel (Marshal Suites) and lots of trees everywhere. Good eats, too (Hitchcock Cafe, Blackbird Bakery). It was a quick overnight stay to hear some friends read poetry at Eagle Harbor Books, lots of fun and conviviality on Winslow Way.
