The place had so much charm. It was very comfortable and we will definitely stay here again on our way through to Florida. What a find!

Not to sound cliche, but we truly liked everything about ouraccomodations, the city, and the surrounding countryside! It was our first visit to the srea and we weren't sure of what to expect. Our experience was truly excellent! The campus, Boone Tavern, adjacent shops, Old Town Shops and Railroad Station were our "haunts." We were able take relaxing walks and visit with artisans, and workers. People were friendly and made us feel welcome!

Berea is a very nice small appalachian town with a big personality! There are many artistic sights to see, as well as hiking and lots of nature. We were in town for only one night, for a wedding, so we will definitely have to come back soon!

I think Berea, KY is a great place to visit.
I think Berea, KY is a great place to visit. There are some outdoor adventures like hiking up The Pinnacles. In town there are so many shops with work done by students and local artisans. The Boone Tavern and Berea College campus have great architectural features.
There are some quaint eating estrablsihments also.

Really pretty little town.
Really pretty little town. Very centered on the Arts and the College. But that is great. Not a "party" college town.
The architecture is wonderful, the parklike setting is really nice.
We like Berea.

Neat little place that has that long lost feeling of closeness and intimacy even when you are just walking down the street and meeting a bunch of unknown people. This little town brews with art, creativity and young people who bring something extra special to that diverse, but still very rural feeling. Authentic artistry, walkable streets, people riding bikes, amazing landscapes and greenery... If you come, definitely see the little shops with hand-crafted goods, visit the farm produce store and you absolutely MUST eat at Papa Leno's. #1 food and service!
My son is a freshman at Berea college and we've visited Berea 3 times already. There is so much to see and explore, can't wait to see its colors in all seasons in the next 4 years!
The atmosphere was very peaceful and quiet with plenty of space to relax and take it all in. The hosts were attentive and took care of any requests quickly. The bed and furniture are comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. We looked forward to freshly baked treats in the evenings and mornings! We also ordered her delicious ice cream and cupcake truffles. As a Berea College student, my kid plans to visit when they want a treat or some time away. It’s a very cozy and welcoming space on a beautiful property!
I requested upper floor for a good nights rest after traveling and they gave me an upper floor. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Close to the interstate easy on and off. There is free parking there according to bookings there isnt any parking but there is. Breakfast was like a buffet and good. The only hotel that we traveled too that actually had bacon instead of sausage.
The room was very clean and quiet; the beds were incredibly comfortable and the linens were equally soothing; I have stayed in many Quality Inns and this one, like others, did not disappoint. It was very close to Berea College campus which was a major plus for us. The complimentary breakfast was right on time and delicious. All staff were very attentive and accommodating.
older property, but, in excellent repair. The owner has a family, possibly Indian, middle eastern for sure. they were the best staff I have ever experienced at a hotel/motel. they actually brightened my day! great people.
The location is in the college area, and is pleasant looking. The hotel is nicely cared for and there are fresh flowers around the main areas. The staff was courteous and helpful.
Although it is an historic hotel it still has modern features which have been tastefully designed. Great location for walking around town. Plenty of parking.
The owner was so helpful and friendly. They weren't out of their way to make sure we're had what were needed. The location is perfect for Berea visitors.
