The room itself was cleaned, although an odd smell when you enter. The front office staff was polite. I asked to have a lower ground room and they were able to accomodate. Beds were comfortable.

I would like to preface this by saying that my evaluation is written from the point of view of a European.
We chose the hotel because the room rate included parking and breakfast. The parking was spacious and the staff at check-in was very friendly. The room was big enough and the extra sofa bed turned out to be very useful. We did not use the small pool and the small fitness room.
The hotel gets a plus for the fact that there is a microwave in every room and you can buy small frozen meals and heat them up in it. Iron and ironing board were also available and the room and bathroom were clean.
You can buy drinks and consume then on the outdoor terrace which unfortunately doesn't offer any umbrellas to protect guests from sun or rain
