Easy check-in with email confirming room number and access code. tasteful decor. Nice balcony and furniture. Bedding very pretty and bed the most comfortable ever!! Bedding available for the sofa bed which was very spactiou. Bathroom very spacious with good shower. Great to have a kettle, and individual coffee/tea rather than a coffee maker.

It's a great place, we stayed the first time to get an idea of what we wanted to see around the place, mainly if we come back for the snow, which would be ok, but far from the slopes. But the hotel was great and so were the staff with ample eating places in the hotel and outside as well.

I literally just had the best time of my life this past week...
I literally just had the best time of my life this past week and it was topped off by my stay here at the Ameristar hotel and casino resort! I met a famous person here in town and I experienced my very first hand pay on the gaming floor! I can’t imagine having a better time or experience anywhere else! Thanks for the wonderful experience and I shall return!William - 10Scored 10

The staff were very helpful and pleasant at this hotel. The rooms are clean and the beds super comfortable. The pillows, cant even tell you how impressed we were with the pillows for the king bed in this room. We didn't want to go far for restaurant so we ate at the Fireside Kitchen inside our hotel , the staff there was very friendly, the appetizers we ordered were okay. However not a restaurant to go back to for anything savory. It was just convenient for us. They do have other restaurants and I believe a buffet, this hotel is a great hotel. It is worth your stay for sure!

I love Blackhawk itself, A lot of fun and a lot of walking, but well worth it ....you really need To be ready to walk, but check out all the casinos it really is a lot of fun.... However horseshoe casino was not worth the money we paid to stay in the room.....🤷♀️Sanchez - 10Scored 10

Only a 10-minute drive from Blackhawk and significantly cheaper than the hotels in Blackhawk on St. Patrick's Day weekend. The hosts were very responsive through messaging, and the place had everything we needed. We loved it, and want to stay there again with more people!
