The staff was very accommodating when I had an issue. One day the room wasn’t cleaned but we’d been in here for the morning. They got it cleaned fully the next day. Maria at the breakfast was so friendly helpful hardworking.
Liked the room and the view of the pond. I liked that Mel’s diner was right in front of the hotel.

Location great. However construction of senior high rise next door was noisy and dirty. Also shower stall has no bar to grab to prevent slipping and the shower head was the cheapest a hotel could install.

Very nice newly remodel Days Inn Bonita Springs Florida. The entire facility was extremely clean and and the parking lot was vey well lit at night. There was no potential safety hazards that I had seen while staying at this property. The staff from was very friendly and were able to assist us with our every needs. I would recommend this location to all my family's and friends to stay at. It's within minutes from shopping, the beach if open at the time of our stay we would have taken advantage of the trip to the sea however during our stay Hurricane Ian had made a direct impact to Bonita and the surrounding counties. If you have time and you are staying Friday thru Sunday you must check out the Bonita Flea Market which is located directly next door.KevinUnited States - 2.0Scored 2.0

Smelly room (musty and stale smelling), noisy air conditioning and room window wouldn’t close properly, therefore, easy to hear the busy outdoor traffic - which is noisy! Also it seemed a bit of a soulless place. Wouldn’t recommend. Exterior images look lovely but very disappointing inside. Breakfast is the worst I have ever seen in any hotel - simply a few options laid out on the bar with associated prices next to them! Awful.

The room was clean, which is important to me. I didn't really hear roadway noise, so I slept good. There is hot coffee or hot water available in the front lobby. There is also a restaurant nearby that you can walk to, but we didn't have a chance to try it. There are other great restaurants you can drive to that are minutes away. Many are first come first serve, so get there a half hour early.
