The staff is incredibly kind and thoughtful, it feels as if you are travelling to your grandma's place. The common areas is a nice touch- to meet and connect with other guests. Complementary granola was delicious. The design in the rooms and common areas is very beautiful. (kuddos to the interior designer)

This hotel is not near the beach. It was convenient for our purposes. It is located right over the Bourne Bridge. It could be a reasonable choice for families looking for a central location for daily excursions.

Would have been good to know before booking that they only had space for one vehicle per room; wasn't told until the morning of day of arrival in an email. Not good that there is no way to directly contact a manager or owner or even front desk person.

I'm furious that they didn't call us ahead of time to tell us. We spent an hour finding another place to stay which made us late for the event we were attending. To top it off, when I called the number taped to the lobby door, the person who answered barely apologized.
