Staying at the Noble House Inn, the owner, Cindi, was able to recommend actitivies, places to eat, shop and even entertainment. It's a short walk to the downtown area from the Inn, however, there's plenty of parking downtown too. Be sure to check out Beth's Kitchen Cafe for breakfast (if you're not staying at the inn), lunch & especially their baked goods - yummy!! We tried cross country skiing for the 1st time and loved it! Ask Cindi for more details on her "hidden jewel" for cross country skiing. Highly recommend the Noble House Inn - can't wait to go back!

Bridgton is a pretty town with good restaurants, cute shops, and lovely buildings. There is a nice lake which is good for boating. It is really a summer tourist destination, picturesque and family friendly. Winter sports are also available, but don't seem to be as much of an attraction. I was there in the winter for a brief visit.

Beautiful town in the fall, quiet and a great weekend getaway for a couple looking to relax and spend time together. Highland Lake Resort is fantastic! Strongly recommend. There is also plenty to do in the surrounding areas. I was in town for the Fryeburg Fair in October which is by far the best fair I’ve ever been to and worth the drive to get up here!

Beautiful small town in Maine - friendly folks and easy to get around whether walking or driving. The House of Pizza was delicious and the portions at A La Mexicana were HUGE! Hannaford's grocery store had a terrific selection of local and international foods, with plenty of specialty items for cooks like me. Bargains galore at Reny's and first run movies at the Magic Lantern. We had a great time visiting local shops like the Firefly Boutique, 302 Gallery, the Craftworks, Bridgton Books and the shops on Depot Street. Great public library and loved reading the Bridgton News (weekly paper) about local events happening during our visit. We loved walking the public beach and Shorey's Park. Can't beat the view of Mount Washington at the far end of Highland Lake or driving out on the causeway (302 west) over Moose Pond out by the local mountain.

My wife and me recently stayed at this amazing place for our winter vacation. We were thoroughly impressed by this experience. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and we felt like we were staying in a warm and comfortable home. The owner was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed during our half a week stay. We love our suit! We would highly recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay. And we are going definitely come back again.
