Pros: Breakfast was o-k-a-y and the facility was clean. Front desk staff were informative and friendly. When room was cleaned, they did a good job. Our room was right beside a freeway but was soundproofed so noise level to minimum.

I loved the pool. The staff was nice and pleasant.
Burbank has fun landmark restaurants. Bob’s Big Boy is a must. On Fridays they have a vintage car show in their parking lot. Recommend the Warner Brothers Studio tour and the Universal Studio tour. Also recommend the wonderful Gene Autry museum bordering Glendale

We have stayed here twice, once to go to the Warner Bros Studio and Paramount Studio tours, the next time to meet up with family at Universal Studios. This was a great location to go to the studios and site see. We easily went to two studio tours, Griffith Observatory, Hollywood Sign, Hollywood Walk of Fame all in a three day stay.

Check-in was less than 5 minutes by using the pre-registration text from the hotel. The staff at the front desk and the cafe were friendly and efficient. The food at the cafe was delicious and a very good value. The hotel is situated within walking distance of the Burbank Mall and numerous restaurants, The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The only negative was unreliable internet. The rate was a good value. I would definitely stay again.

Plenty to do in the city itself with regards to dining, shopping etc. One thing I would say is city traffic is awful. Why is everyone in such a hurry to get somewhere, are they all late for work or what? Tailgaters, quick unannounced lane changing and steel eyed stares at the stop light. Uptight people in their EV’s.
One eatery I would suggest is “Morrison in Atwater Village” which is just a short 15 minutes from the heart of Burbank. Excellent reviews, staff is super friendly, menu choices are plenty and food quality is great. Another is “Aleppo Grill” right there on Glenoaks Blvd. Mediterranean style (shawarma, kabobs etc) which was pretty darned tasty as well.

We were in Burbank to tour Warner Bros and Paramount Studios. We also drove around Hollywood a bit. We choose Burbank for its proximity to the studios, and it seemed like a safe place to spend a couple of nights. The hotel we stayed at was a great choice and would recommend.

a little pricey for just one night. but was with other class reunion mates. and it was close to the Elks Lodge where we held our 55th high school class reunion. I did feel safe, being a single woman ...
The Olive is a quiet little oasis in LA's very busy media district, just minutes away from Burbank Airport. Staff is friendly and incredibly helpful. We arrived late due to delays, and found the office closed, (Olive provides short stay apartments, so it's not a hotel) but the manager came back from another property to accommodate, and check us in. Absolutely amazing and a big relief after a long day of travel. Kudos, kudos, kudos !!
We'll definitely use 'The Olive' again next time we need to be in LA.
Large room, pleasantly decorated. Updated furnishings including bathroom fixtures. Biggest hotel swimming pool near Burbank Bob Hope Airport, good for semi-circle laps, 9' deep end, pool towels furnished. Comfortable, firm beds. Unexpectedly quiet inside the rooms (given very convenient location near freeway and airport). Parking is free and appears safe (a room-card activated gate gives access to a smaller inside parking space for about 10-15 cars). We parked in both areas.
The bed was comfortable, everything was very clean, the decor was fun, the staff were very friendly, and the location was great. We stayed here to go to Universal and it was maybe a 10 minute drive to get to the park. The hotel is also nearby some great restaurants, Don Cuco, Olive and Thyme, and especially Novo Cafe. There's also parking available at the back of the hotel, although it might be full if you're the last one back for the night.
I chose this hotel because it was close to Burbank Airport AND the glowing reviews I read and the reasonable cost. It was all that, and as cute and clean as the pictures showed. The bed was great. The parking easy and right by my door and office. Staff was helpful and cordial. It would be my first choice again if I needed to stay anywhere in the vicinity of the San Fernando Valley.
Mishal was fantastic from the moment I arrived.
The room was perfect, clean and comfortable.
I was safe and did not worry about leaving my things in the room.
The location was ideal, especially if you are visiting Burbank/Hollywood.
There is a lovely cafe directly across the street with great breakfast options and also a fridge in the room.
There was also plenty of parking.
regarding bed...when you are away from home, what bed, that is not your own is comfortable? Hotel bed was okay! Room- clean....yes, the room appeared clean upon arrival. Then again, when we had House-keeping three days later. I was glad that we could get some clean towels by calling House keeping during our 3 night no room cleaning service.
Great hotel, nice staff, basic but good breakfast. Near lots of shops. 7/11 shop 5 min walk. Aldi , hobby lobby ( American version of The Range ) a must and 5 min drive. Area seemed perfectly fine. Think you can get a bus, from there to downtown or theme parks. Would stay again
The property was located in the middle of Burbank and was walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. The room I had was a large king suite and had a city view. The coffee was better then most hotel in room coffee. Staff was awesome and helpful. The bedding was very nice.
Location is great with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Neighborhood felt someone safe though sketch after midnight. Hotel price was great so we knew this place would have flaws. Our room was very clean.
Clean. Upgraded. Front desk was like EZ pass. Quick and efficient. Very helpful. Bed was comfortable. Modern bathroom. Little over a mile to Burbank airport. Hotel within distance to stores and places to eat.
Very good and convenient location, safe and nice neighbourhood. Hotel itself is really nice, with spacious, clean and modern rooms. Very comfortable beds, nice breakfast. Strongly recommended in this area.
I liked the size of the room, the amenities and the privacy of the room that I selected for my stay. I also enjoyed the proximity of the hotel to other businesses like Target and Walmart.
