We were aware of the property and the location before we went so none of it was a surprise. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel.

Way too loud . People coming and going all hours. Kids running in the hallway and slamming doors throughout the night

The hotel and the staff were nice and friendly but the hallways and the elevators were a bit dirty. The breakfast buffet lack things depending on the hour. It was not great.
They do not clean your room just take away the trash and you have to ask for clean towels.
It was not what I expected. A bit disappointed.

Burlington is located within a half hour of most places in Boston, an hour or so from beaches in Rhode Island, or heading north, the beaches along the Massachusetts north shore. The city itself has a mall which we didn't visit, an excellent variety of eating establishments. If you like Thai food, one of the best places I've been is less than ten minutes away and is called Lana Thai. It is small, in a converted dining car with great atmosphere, and deliciously fresh food.

Pleasant town; not far from Boston.
Pleasant town; not far from Boston. It offers alternative accommodation for the visitors to Boston who would like to save on the hotel cost and at the same time enjoy the time away from the hassle of the big cities. In any way, you can be in Boston in 20 to 30 min by car.
Walking around in the mornings and evenings is also very pleasant; especially during the time of our stay (mid August) .

It is a nice town & a lot of eating options. The seafood restaurant we chose was Surf & it is highly recommended. Research Groupon first for a trolley tour, they are overpriced going through the actual venue. Be prepared to pay for parking everywhere you go in the city of Boston.

I was disappointed with the room and the hallways.
I was disappointed with the room and the hallways. The place was filthy. The couch was torn up and the cushions were covered with a white sheet to hide it. The arms of the sofa were filthy as was the stained carpet. The place smelled like wet dog. The tile grout in the bathroom was broken and the tiles were loose. The halls smelled like smoke and there were unsavory characters roaming the parking lot.
It was plenty big for a family of 4 or 5, I really liked the size, and the beds were comfortable. However, I wont stay there again.
The place is truly a gem, or could be. I’ll get to that later. The whole place looks great inside and out, The staff is awesome and kind. They were decorating for Christmas. The location of the hotel is in the middle of everything you’d ever need! Grocery store? Got two of em near by. Fast food? Everything you’d expect to see is seen. Restaurant? It’s surrounded by 4 star and 3 star places along with a few other chain type places. Mall? Just down the road! Book store? It’s huge and around the corner too!
We are Disney travelers. Disney, to us, offers the best of the best when it comes to their guests. So, we are always looking for that Disney experience when we travel outside of Disney. Residence Inn Burlington has that. From the location to the Cleanliness of everything, and we are always welcomed by the staff, both at the front desk and the breakfast crew. This is why we ALWAYS stay here when we’re in Massachusetts.
Loved the lobby area for gathering . Rooms were incredible . Rooms reassigned from booking due to claimed water damage. Hotel under construction or repair , mouse in one of our room , comped one night.
Manager Kate and front desk people Amanda and Neil were awesome . Neil went above and beyond for our crew .
Rooms were awesome w full size fridge and most of what you’d hope for or need.
Overall , excellent
There was an extra charge for internet, I have not seen that before. The elevators (2 of the 3) were not working so the remaining elevator was packed…very unsettling during COVID. The stairs were not an option as we were over 65 years old and on the 6th floor. The dining room was not available for dinner. I would not book here again nor recommend the hotel.
Breakfast was AMAZING for a hotel buffet. Also appreciated the dining room where we
ate. Loved the decor objects in the wall! Would have liked COX news. Also missing were any maps of the area. Loved choice of TV channels.
it was as the warmest reception I’ve ever received at any hotel in the US, Europe or Asia. I was also very impressed by the fact that all of the LED bulbs in the room were warm. More hotels need to follow this lead.
The hotel was close to the mall, restaurants and the highway for easy commuting to the city.
The fromt desk staff I encountered was helpful and did a great job assisting all of my questions amd requests.
1) I liked the room and kitchen. I can cook my own food in the kitchen.
2) I like the location of the hotel. We have good restaurants, mall and a big general store nearby with walkable distance.
Because I went to my hotel that was paid in full and they told me they didn’t have a room then proceeded to send 20 minutes to another hotel after waiting at first hotel for 46 minutes .
Very good hotel. Front dest staff is very friendly and informative. Good breakfast and fitness. Sufficient parking space. Location is a bit far from Boston. You need a car to reach hotel.
Nice clean suites with fully stocked kitchen. Clean bathrooms with new towels. Grocery shops just a walking distance away and Burlington mall close by.
