Location was OK. breakfast was marginal. No hot oatmeal like other marriotts, but all the toppings were there. Shower pressure was good.

The staff was very welcoming - I arrived hours before check-in but they were able to stash my bags. Room was fantastic, wi-fi connection was a bit wonkey but not a problem for me
We were there for a bowling tournament. We did an escape room at Mystery Mayhem Escapes during our stay which was fun. We ate at Stackers which was really nice, they had good food and good service. We also ate at The Brick House, they have excellent service as well as good food. We ate at When Pigs Fly, service was good, food was ok, a little pricey for it just being ok.

If your not from around here the one way streets can get you. It was a beautiful hotel. Super clean and quiet. Friendly staff and not overbearing. I just wish the hot full breakfast was available and dining but that's due to Covid still so not their fault.

The people are friendly especially at the churches l went to. I love that there are so many beautiful churches in Butler. It was easy to get around town. People here drive below the speed limits. There aren't many sidewalks for people to walk Roads are extremely narrow and when parking is allowed on both sides there is only one lane open for two way traffic. There are too many one ways because of narrow streets so it makes it hard to find places because you need which streets are one ways. Gps doesn't know either so it sends you down a one way the wrong way.

Moraine State Park is very close and quite pretty and peaceful. Butler city has many quaint shops to visit. Shopping malls are just outside the city either North or West. No movie theater anymore bur Moraine Point Plaza has Regal Cinemas.

Great little town with wonderful local stops!
Great little town with wonderful local stops! The Chop Shop is a must place to eat and coffee and sweets at Pennie's Bake Shop & Espresso Bar is a great place for an afternoon "pick me up"!
It's not a bad place to stay, but please request a room not accessing the courtyard near the pool. I forgot to request a quieter room this last trip. It wasn't very pleasant. Other stays for the most part were better, as I stayed nearer the front desk area, ie. rooms 100 to 103 range. The last stay was Room #140 range with courtyard entrance. It was not quiet as the guys talked all night outside my room at a table in the courtyard.
Hotel looked to be full...maybe a youth softball tournament nearby as there were a lot of players and parents/fans in team-wear, but the facility was very quiet. Room was super clean...we were put in an accessible room that impressed us as very clean and pretty new. Huge roll-in shower, comfortable beds, wide channel selection on the tv, and decent take-away breakfast.
The breakfast was very good, with many options. We like the location, lots of shopping and restaurants, and very safe area. It's the best place to stay in the Butler area.
