My mother and I had a delightful stay at the RIGGS. From the time we checked in until the end, we had an amazing experience. What a great house this was! We appreciated the cleanliness, the hospitality, and the fact that it had everything we needed. The house is very close to a subway station with tons of parking. It was a great fit for our family.

It would be if if the hotel maybe provided someone who knows more about transportation to the games on game weekends as the staff didn't seem to know too much which was fine as it's not their job. Ms. Shanell was very professional and helped me with my reservation. The gentleman and ladies who prepared the morning breakfast were just great! The bed was so comfortable and being animal friendly was a plus as I had our dog with me. It was so cold the weekend I stayed, but the property made us feel warm with working heat, great attitudes and comfort. All the staff were great!

Our stay was very nice. The agent at the front desk at check-in was very informative and professional. The room was very stylish and clean. My wife loved the lighted mirror! The location of the hotel is near many stores, restaurants, and my wife's favorite spot, Krispy Cream, which is within walking distance from the hotel.YellowUnited States

They provided all the basic necessities from stocking marvelous soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, to dishes and silverware. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and I felt welcomed from the moment I walked into the lobby. It's safe to say I will be staying here again the next time I'm in DC. On a side Note, You are still able to get in and out of the building and your room if the power goes out due to severe weather.
