We have stayed previously whilst in Chicago, this hotel doesn’t have all the frills of maybe a higher rated establishment but the price is very attractive with its position in the city being its best bonus . FAQs about hotels in Chicago

Our Kind of Town

Standing proud beside Lake Michigan, Chicago is down-to-earth, friendly, and abounding in culture. It has outdoor art by famous artists including Chagall and Picasso, and there are some fascinating architectural examples from the Art Institute of Chicago.

Home to blues and house music, Chicago has an eclectic music scene that reflects its spirit. The Windy City is also a pioneer in a variety of Americanized dishes from it's European immigrant roots like deep-dish pizza and the Chicago hot dog.

The world’s first skyscraper and Ferris wheel were erected in Chicago. The latter, on Navy Pier, is one of the Midwest’s most visited sights. Also famed is the ‘L’ transport system, whose raised trains circle The Loop, the main business district. Check out its skyline reflection in the shiny bean sculpture in huge Millennium Park.

Home of the Bulls and Bears, Chicago is a stronghold of sport and has teams playing baseball, basketball, American football and hockey, to name a few. If you get a chance, try to catch a game.

Chicago Midway and Chicago O’Hare Airport are both on the outskirts of this vast city, so make sure to leave enough time for travel from your Booking.com hotel, apartment or hostel. And all that jazz.

I took my 8 year old daughter for a birthday trip (instead of a party). We went to the Lincoln park zoo, the Shedd aquarium and the museum of science and industry. All three were super fun and she had a blast. Great city for families— easy to get around and so much to do.

Such a variety of attractions in such a relatively short distance from each other. Including the children's play area on corner of Millennium Park; Art Institute, Aquarium; Children's Museum, Lincoln Zoo, excellent lakeside trail; and a great breakfast place for kids at Egg Harbor Cafe. Somewhat dissatisfied with the Chicago eating facilities tendency to make us order by QR, without any human contact it seemed. Nando's chicken near the Park was atrocious. And I love Nando's chicken - in London, Johannesburg, Mbabane, Dundee etc! Certainly will put Chicago on our family visits to our home in Des Moines!

Great city. Lots of things to see. Home Alone House, Cloud Gate, Rat Hole, Art Institute, etc. Friendly people. How ya doing? Good pizza and plenty of restaurants. The driving is terrible. Way too many cars. Interesting interpretation of speed limits and very little time to move when the lights change or space becomes available. It looks close on the map, but walk or take the L.

The city was busy with so much to do. Very clean too. The architecture was amazing and the infrastructure first class. So much to see and do but we didn’t have enough time to see everything we would like to have seen. Felt very walkable and safe. The Chicago deep pan pizza and Giordano’s was bellissimo! Never had pizza like it! The cheesecake factory had great food and the waffles at Wildberry Cafe were out of this world! The Willis tower is a must see.

Best place to stay right in downtown. A Bicycle station is less than a block away and you are centrally located to all the shops including the best pizza restaurants Chicago has— Ginos. The customer service was impeccable. They supported our ability to stay later because of our later flight. Overall, I loved this hotel. The room was extremely spacious. If you are looking for extra space this is the place to stay. Lastly, it is quiet and it was really comfortable because of the way they separate the restroom from the living quarters.

I loved how visually interesting the hotel was - you could find a new, interesting thing to catch your eye every time you entered or left the building. It was located right in downtown Chicago, and we were easily able to walk to any sights or restaurants. Our room was unique and had a small house feel, but not in a cramped way. Each room has a tablet where you can control the TV, lights (different color settings, it was really cool), and they also had mood light settings.

Jessie was incredibly friendly and offered her knowledge of Chicago. It was really affordable and close to the red line station. I was also able to store my baggage for the day before departing for the airport. I had an absolute amazing time visiting Chicago. I would stay here again as it was cheap and extremely easy to get into the City but the likelihood would be that I would try and stay more central so that I can experience Chicago by night.

Wonderful hotel. Chouldnt ask for a better location. My wife and I could walk to all the main spots downtown and a quick uber ride to neighborhoods. We stay on the city view side and it was beautiful view of downtown. The bar and lobby were a happening. Drinks, and food were expensive but was isn't in Chicago. Price wise was great, if your staying off season, I can't say in the summer. We would stay again for sure.
