The staff was very friendly/professional - despite the computer system being down. In my book their attitude is very important - especially when dealing with the situation they faced.

Clean, comfortable, nice shower. I have stayed several times. I brought my disabled partner and he was happy there was a stool for the shower and lots of hand bars.

Great location. Have stayed here before. But always on 1st floor. Was put on the 3rd floor and the bed was rock hard and sleeping was okay until the garbage guy came at 4 am and banged around outside at 4 am but that’s not the property’s fault. Breakfast was okay. Kids liked the waffles. Staff was nice.

The staff was so nice, very helpful, great location in Chino, great for an overnight stay if travelling thru to your destination. Large parking area. This location has no elevator, so keep that in mind, there are two stories, so grab that 1st floor if you can't get up the stairs! My friend lives in Chino and stopped by to visit, and the sitting area in the lobby was perfect-Highly recommend!

Great value. Staff very friendly, pleasant, helpful.
Great value. Staff very friendly, pleasant, helpful. Breakfast was good. Plenty of free parking. However - overuse of cleaning products make it impossible for us to stay there again. We both had immediate reactions. Wasn't a problem the frst 5-6 times we stayed there, but the last 2 times were dreadful. Wasn't just the smell (which was overwhelming) but our reactions to the chemicals themselves.

The rooms are big enough for 2 queen size beds but they are only doubles and the mattresses are horrible. Had my son who’s in a wheelchair came with as planned there would have been no way we could have gotten him into the bathroom for a shower.

We were in town looking for a home and working with West USA Realty of Prescott. Their office is right down the road so this made it easy for the agent to meet us here. It is right in town so you can find a restaurant or a local pub to go to have fun at night. If you are in town looking at a home, land or horse property this is a great location to stay at aA realty of Prescott ask for Tear she will be glad to help you.
This hotel was very clean and well maintained, our room was clean beds were comfortable. The swimming pool and hot tub were well maintained and clean, we enjoyed them. The breakfast was ok, not a lot of variety but what was provided was very good. The location was quiet and close to shopping and a few restaurants. Over all a good stay.
Very nice, newer hotel on Arizona Route 69, but back away from the road enough that road noise doesn’t make it to the rooms. Views of the nearby mountains in the Prescott National Forest are beautiful, especially when late Summer monsoon thunderstorms roll through. Nice indoor pool and hot tub, too.
Very clean pet friendly rooms. Best pet friendly hotel I have stayed in that wasn't over priced or had a lingering pet smell in the room. Would definitely recommend to my pet owner friends. Breakfast was delicious as well.
We stay at this Days Inn whenever we are in the area. Service is great. Rooms are clean and comfortable. This is the nicest place to stay in Chino Valley, but there aren't any other places unless you want to drive farther.
I have never stayed at a hotel that was as clean as here. The recommendations from staff were spot on. The indoor pool and spa were most enjoyable. I highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area.
The breakfast was wonderful, it is so nice to see that this hotel was willing to set out a balanced breakfast for their guests. I have stayed in other hotels that just does breakfast in a bag, YUCK!
Breakfast was ok, not much of a variety. The hotel was very clean. The staff are very friendly and pleasant to all guests. We were greeted with a smile when we walked in. My daughter loved the pool.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was beyond my expectation. Everything was freely available. I would definitely stay at your hotel again.
