I DID NOT GO THROUGH BOOKING.COM, I WALKED IN AND MY ROOM WAS PREMIUM CONSIDERED SHOULD THE RATING BE TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE WITH THE TRADITIONAL. PLEASE LEAVE ME ALONE ON THE SAME STAY IT WAS NOT FREE. WILL I COME BACK THERE? IF THE NEED BE YES AND THANKS.

Great area for shopping and dining.
Great area for shopping and dining. I was there for a family reunion and we took a side trip to Mall of America. It's about 1/2hr from there, so if my trip was to spend more time at the MOA I would choose someplace closer.

I was giving the wrong room when I asked about it they ask me does it matter. There were cob webs on the wall. Socks left in drawer from who knows when. There was a plastic fork on the floor all this proves that the room was not cleaned properly. I asked for my room I reserved I was told that it was not cleaned. I went to the front desk then they tell me that they have my room. I was confused so I looked at the room as soon as I opened the door it smelled bad just like cigarettes. The pool was broken when we arrived. We were told it would be fixed the next day. We had family drive 4 hours to swim with us. The next day, it wasn't fixed. We just wanted our money back for the 2nd night, and we were told that wasn't possible. This was early in the day. It was ridiculous! Will never stay there again!SheilaUnited States
