What an amazing stay! Our room was situated in a quiet section of the property. The room was SPOTLESS. The breakfast was nice, and the staff was professional, helpful, and friendly.

The service was friendly. The staff were very courteous. The breakfast staff greeted us with a friendly smile and attitude. The evening staff tried to find us another room, to no avail. The morning manager was very sympathetic and we appreciated them refunding our second evening; as staying any longer was out of the question. We would not have stayed the first night but due to traffic we arrived at 7:30pm. This location is an insult to Quality Inn's, as we’ve been to many others; this was an inn yes; however zero quality!

Out of all the Best Westerns that we could have chosen in that area, I am just super happy that we stayed at this location. The front staff was awesome, breakfast/rooms we're good too!! If we do come this way again for our girls trip I would come back here! And the price was great.

The location was quite close, probably about a ten minute walk to cross the bridge and get to where the historic district is. There are also some cute spots nearby like a craft beer and grilled cheese arcade. The hotel overall was clean and staff was friendly.
