The breakfast was nice. Should last until 10am
The room was older looking, needs a face lift and the couch looked wore out.
The bed was however great.
Room smelled a little musky.

We've stayed at this hotel many times over the years when visiting family in the area. Although they were doing some construction (along with hammering, drilling and many other noises), that started around the time we normally wake. It was not a problem to us. The room is very clean, smells fresh and the bathroom is one of the best we've
ever had in a hotel. We take our own shampoo and body wash so we can't comment on the ones they provided. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We recognized several from prior visits.

Breakfast was ok. Wished they had bananas and grits
Dandridge was a quaint little town. I loved touring all of the unique places in the downtown area. Beautiful and very interesting with all of its history. It was so unique and I loved it. Our hotel was close to lots of interesting places and restaurants all around. Would go again in a heartbeat. The balloon fest was good also.

wasnt too impressed with the town itself.
wasnt too impressed with the town itself. We went there mostly to see the lake and it was dried up. Nothing on the website told us this. the best part of the trip were the foliage and the stay at our hotel

Hotel is in a great location.
Hotel is in a great location. Several places to choose for food. Drive a short distance to Jefferson City and everything you need is there. Wal-Mart, more choices for dining out , etc..Also not to far from Pigeon Forge. If you're looking for a relaxing get away, super affordable stay at Jefferson Inn and it's very clean, plenty of dining out places to eat at then you've found it.

There wasn’t any breakfast when I left at 8. I kind of hoped for a piece of fruit. I did get a cup of coffee.
I wonder if my stay being a Monday night was the reason. I just checked the same hotel for a Friday night and the rate is almost triple, so am not staying there for my return trip.
I really liked that the TV had a sleep timer. So often now that feature isn’t available.
I love that there was a variety of restaurants. Near the hotel. I love that the room was very clean. The employee that checked us into our room was very courteous very friendly. It was very nice that once we we were settled in the room. The front desk called to see if there was anything else we needed. I thought that was awesome. Very thoughtful!
WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER! Blood on the walls, beds were dirty, staff was horrible and gave excuses as to why there were no clean rooms. There is not enough room in this comment box for everything that was wrong!
The breakfast was better than most hotels serve. Each morning, we had eggs, a meat, a variety of potatoes, several kinds of waffles, fruits, yogurt, bagels, biscuits, and several kinds of juice and milk.
The hotel was a good place to stay, clean, comfortable, nice staff and budget friendly. Great area, close to our family in town and restaurants. The lake was not far and beautiful. I would stay again.
I loved the location of the hotel as it sat on a hill above all the other hotels and restaurants. I also loved that there was tons of nicely cut grass for us to walk our dogs.
