The accommodations in the historic hotel are very nice. Don't expect a large shower - but it's well maintained. The hotel only disappointed on some "changes" from our last stay. (Yes, we returned) No courtesy rolls & coffee in upstairs setting area, no great breakfast in dining room. And, sure, prices have gone up.CharlesUnited States

We enjoyed reading the newspaper clippings about the history of the hotel. The food truck in the courtyard was very convenient, as there are very few food options in town, especially after 8pm. The food truck was able to accommodate my gluten-free needs. The brewery, which is the other main place to dine out, was also nearby.

All amenities needed at the kitchen, alongside with a hot shower and cozy ambiance. Would come back for sure to spend more nights and explore more of Del Norte. The location was also great to get access to the Sand Dunes National Park, only 40 minutes drive from the lodge to the entrance of the park.
