breakfast and the snacks at the end of the day were perfect and the food staff were very professional and kind. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and the location was great. Downtown was lovely to walk around. We used public transit and that worked well.

The receptionist was great!! Very helpful. I'm so thankful. We checked in around midnight. My mom and I were staying because my nephew was in the hospital and ended up not making it. I booked here for a nights getaway with my wife for her 50th birthday. We dined at Red Steakhouse. The Hyatt was in perfect walking distance of everything we needed and valet made parking convenient. Hotel property inside and out is beautiful.
