There was no breakfast. The floors were just mopped and it was with a dirty mope because they were still dirty. After they were cleaned we rubbed a wet towel over the floor to remove the water and the towel became very dirty from the mopped floor.

Very affordable, great value for the price (good sized room and beds, clean towels in room, soap bars and some shampoo provided, no breakfast but some snacks and water given at check in. Check out was just dropping off the room key in the key drop off slot by the check-in area (straightforward and quick, but was just unclear at first).

The room was clean; the linens as well (more on that below). We welcomed the fact that there was a refrigerator, but was a little surprised that it wasn't plugged in, which we didn't immediately notice, no big deal. The bed was reasonable comfortable.
