This was great place to stay, super comfy bed and very clean. The key to the front door can be a little tricky so you might want to get comfortable with it before you take off for the first time. We will definitely visit again when the season is in full swing.

it was a busy Fourth of July weekend, and we enjoyed our stayed going to Wallowa lake and the many things to do, like the Tram ride (and took our lunch up to the top too), the miniature golf was so fun (recommend in the evening, when it is not hot), and really fun to go on the joseph branch railrider cars, riding down a historic train track....was a Blast!!

It was close enough to Joseph, the more touristy town, and Wallowa Lake but by staying there you can save some money. Some of the restaurants were not open. And none were open much past 8:00. So if you are a late eater, stay in Joseph. The "tourist" things in Enterprise were not advertised very much, such as the tour of the Bronze Store." Would like to have seen it, but it was not open when we were there.
We ate at a small, family Mexican Restaurant right next door to our motel, which was convenient. Very friendly, and great food.

Enterprise is a traditional eastern oregon town and I believe the county seat. It seems to be the business shopping hub for the vast surrounding area. The real attraction is that it is very close to Joseph and the Wallowa scenic region
The location was perfect! We LOVED the town of Enterprise and the opportunity to stay in such a cool historic building right on the Main Street. The unit layout was really comfortable, well designed and included everything we might need! The most impressive thing about this booking was the communication from the owners! The email and text exchanges were very timely and extremely helpful and the online resources were so clearly laid out and included all the information in one place. It was the best we had ever experienced in our travels!
The beds were comfortable. However, when we got into our room there was no remote to the tv. We had to go to the front desk to ask for one. Once we wanted to watch tv the channels were super static so you couldn't see anything. The faucet to the sink was super lose so my dad got on the floor and tighten the bolts to the faucet. There was luke warm water for a shower. For the price of the hotel one would expect at least hot water while traveling.
Breakfast was good. Not the best we have had, but tasty and filling. The view was stunning. The little town very cute. The check-in person (Rui) was very sweet and had very good recommendations for places to eat. The room was very clean, smelled good, and was cozy. This was the only hotel of 5 that we stayed on this trip that had a hot tub which we appreciated.

Loved the easy check in, the communication with the owner and location! What a beauliful buidling, gorgeous decor, and it's so spacious! It is a great historic building and fabulous hotel that has all the comforts of home. It's also pet friendly and my dogs felt right at home. What a fabulous place to stay! 5 stars!!!!
Just one of the better motels, example..they have everything in the room you are used to having, like coffee makers , blow dryer, microwave and fridge, a good shower with a tub. It's our favorite place to stay.
Did not have breakfast.. location was great..staff was great. They did everything to help me out even being sent to a different State with 2 days left on my stay! Thank you Wilderness Inn.
