I’m reference to Quality Inn response to my first review…
We did ask at the front desk and we were told that pillows and blankets were not available. I asked the gentleman to please check and his response was “I don’t need to, I know we don’t have anymore to give”
Our room was over 80degrees when we arrived. Maintenance said the air wouldn’t come on because it was to old. I tried to open the windows and couldn’t because they were bolted shut 🤦🏻♀️

The hotel was nice and clean, our room location was quiet, the staff was amazing both checking in and out, there is a local diner we walked to for breakfast, parking was easy to find, and it was located very close to the highway for ease of access. We would definitely stay there again!

The property is underground renovation, which is why it was so inexpensive. The room was fine, although we really needed queen beds instead of full size. But it was late and our chosen area to stay in was unavailable so we took the best accommodation we could find. The staff was super nice.
We ordered in from the local Chinese place for supper and they delivered.
We just stayed a night to sleep on our trip home to NY.

We used to live in Fairmont. We decided to come back and visit places we used to enjoy there. We ate at an excellent restaurant called Muriel’s. Valley Falls State park is located nearby. It is worth the drive to visit.

The only real negative I had was that the road driving into the parking lot was rough and full of potholes. Otherwise, Fairmont is a nice little city. I have family and friends in the area so my activities involve them. Dining places are a variety of choices from homey to fancy. It's not hard to get around, but you have to watch out for the road.

No warning that no amenities available. No free breakfast.
No warning that no amenities available. No free breakfast. No pool.
The room as usual was great. But we will never use booking and from what we were told the $200 price would not have been discounted.
Very disappointed.
From desk employee was VERY friendly.
The staff was extremely accommodating. Our room didnt have a coffee maker and a very nice woman from the office brought us one. Even Though our room didnt come with one. That endeared me to this place. I was going to bribe them but she offered 1st.
Years ago o wouldnt step foot in a red roof inn. But the past few stays have changed my mind. The renovations have turned this franchise into the likes of Clarion or dare i say a cut down Hampton inn
Clean crisp linens. Pergo floors and updated baths. For 59.00 Amazing!!!
Comfy beds.
We were heading back to Ontario from our vacation...hotel was full and there were noisy.kids all around us...front desk guy switched rooms for us...we had a small.dog who was upset with the noise..I wish I had this guys
name ..he was the embodiment of customer service extraordinaire ..he also recommended a wonderful restaurant..we checked in around 6 on April 1st can't thank him enuf
i was nervous at first because it was so much cheaper than the other hotels in the area.well im glad i stayed here.this place was awesome.clean, quite, safe comfortable.i wish i had stayed a few more nights.
There was hardly any breakfast food. This hotel needs renovating. The front desk clerk was new to the job. Everything from carpets to showers was old and dingy.
The breakfast was adequate given the constraints of the pandemic. I also loved how quiet the hotel was, and that my wish to not have maid service was honored.
