The room layout, outlets, etc. were great. I even used some spare bedding that was provided with the room due to it being so cold the first night.

We honestly stayed at the hotel and enjoyed the pool, for most of our trip. We were in town visiting family. I have visited the city before, and enjoyed the small town feel, while still having everything that I would want in a big city.

We only needed a good night sleep & a shower after traveling in the car for 12 hours!! The bed was comfortable but the floors were so dirty and sticky, the bathroom had mold on the walls and paint pealing off the ceiling and walls!! The tub was old and awful dirty looking! The new furniture was nice but then the door on the bathroom was chipped at the bottom! A chair was worn down through the fabric........looked like it came from the dump!! Needless to say when we woke up we just wanted to get out of there. We will never stay again!

The room was very clean and spacious. USB plugs. Updated. Nice. The staff was the problem. They were nice and corrected their errors but they shouldn’t have happened. At check in, we were given a room already occupied. Walked in the room while people were in there. At check out, I told them I didn’t need a receipt because I paid on booking.com at time of booking. When I left they charged me for the room again on the card I left for incidentals. I called them when I saw it, and they credited my card. If I hadn’t caught it, I would have paid twice for the room.

His stuff was unexpected and I had to stay at this hotel under underlying circumstances which were out of my control and involved officers in uniform. I won't say anymore but it was not the opposite spot weather someone I was riding with and I got the abandon there with no ride home and no phone and I barely have enough money to rent this hotel room. But the hotel staff were very very helpful very nice and very accommodating and a great place to go get a hotel room if you're staying in Georgetown.

Been there several times before and have always enjoyed the people and convenice of restrurants and attractions in the area.
I think the people of Georgetown work hard at making everyone feel welcome, even when it means double shifts and unpleasant guest at times.

On 6/26/21 I was staying at the LaQuinta in Macon, Ga. On 6/27/21 I booked into the Super Eight at Georgetown, Ky. Due to a booking error, I was charged for a stay on 6/26/21 and also for the 6/27/21/stay! Wyndham Hotel should realize that I could not be in Georgia and Kentucky on the same night and should not have charged us.
I have been an exclusive customer of LaQuinta for many years...........but that is about to change!

The quiet.
Room 178 was perfect because I had no other people even close to mine.
And the remodel is great! Everyone loves a fresh remodel.
We happened to be the very first occupants after the full remodel.
Nicest, cleanest ,quietest friendliest , overnight hotel stay I've ever had.
I worked for the government for years and traveled way too much!! But never a cleaner room ,have I slept.
Thanks!
Will refer and return.
I hated everything ethe hotel. Drug dealing right in front of me. Asked for a quiet room. Dog right next to me. I will never stay at a red roof again. Worst experience I ever had. Couldn't sleep. Worried about drug dealers stealing my vehicle. I hated every minute there. Staff didn't speak English. No smoke alarms. Hated everything about it
One of the busiest weekends I have seen in Lexington. However, the staff was so friendly and helpful even with the large amount of people staying at the hotel during our weekend. They always had a smile on their face and great attitude! Just to add the hotel was kept spotless all weekend.
I loves the room I stayed in. It was very clean and well.kept. The hotel staff was also very nice, professional, and accommodating! The continental breakfast was phenomenal too! I actually learned how to cook.waffels for the first time! I would definitely visit the hotel again!

This was our second time staying at this hotel. It is a perfect stop off of I-75 coming from Michigan to Atlanta. The rooms are spacious and clean and the bed is very comfortable. It really is a step-up from most of the hotels off I-75. I will stay here again!
Breakfast was good .the hotel was situated in a good location. Staff were friendly. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. the free cookies near the registration desk were a nice touch and were tasty. Loved the staircase upon entering the lobby.
The property is renovating rooms. This may be the only thing that will save the property. I liked the location, but wish I had taken myself and family next door. I am a loyal Choice Hotel member, and that's why I chose the Quality Inn.
Room and all facilities have been nicely updated. Breakfast was standard fair for most hotel breakfasts. Very clean and the girl theire kept wiping and refilling eggs, etc. Hard worker who really earned her tip
For the most part the Hotel was nice, our room did smell. I think they are in the process of renovating, but haven’t got to the rooms. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great!
