The staff were very professional. They were dealing with a very upset customer using foul language. They remained calm and professional. They served other customers and apologized for the inconvenience.

I didn't like much. When it was time for check out I was running a little behind that morning and I called front desk to let them know and nobody would answer so I tried again and no answer 5 min. Later the front desk lady was at my door telling us it's past check out time I told I knew this to please give us 5-10 more minutes to get out things together and we would be out she then said I need to hurry and go and would not shut my door, I then told her can we please have a little privacy to get out things she then told me no I may not shut my door the room was no longer ours. I couldn't believe the way she was treating me. I never in all my years staying in a room have had this problem. I recommend nobody stay here unless they want to be treated like shit.
The Green Wood inn. Was not fresh. They put me in a room that was being renovated. The entire 2nd floor was under renovation. Drywall dust in the air. Loud atmosphere from the construction workers. Had no running water for several hours. No warning or signs posted that the hotel was being renovated.. I asked to change rooms and was told no. The afternoon clerk/ assistant manager was rude with no quality of being in the customer service business...

Nothing good to say about this place.
Nothing good to say about this place. We checked out because we didn't feel safe for a 2nd night.
1st night there were several police cars in the front and back of this place. Officers told me make sure your car is locked up and nothing in view cause it will get broken into. Drug addicts outside tweeking in the middle of the day.
Carpets were stained in the room and hallways. Bathroom was nasty. Sleeped on a sleeping bag cause didn't trust this place, probably has bed bugs. Nothing positive about my stay at this hotel. Don't stay here. Learn from my mistake at staying at Greewood Inn.

The location was great.
The location was great. The cleaning and kitchen staff were helpful and friendly. However, the desk staff were disinterested in the air conditioning not working, no hot water the second morning, no WiFi! I was there to work and had to use my mobile hot spot. No compensation for the inconveniences.

Location is great! Breakfast is decent except the protien is always very undercooked and nearly raw at times. I have been staying here for nearly 6 weeks now while im currently looking for a new home to purchase. I do believe the breakfast and the hotel is a very very good value overall. The staff is incredible!! everyone is very friendly and extremely helpful. My only complaint is the raw uncooked bacon. Ive spoken with other guests and they have expressed the same thoughts about the bacon. Everything else is great!
Staff was very nice breakfast was lovely very clean nice lobby this morning pool needs attention you chemicals hotel was not hot and dirty foam on the top of it
We had a suite the air conditioner in the living room area made a very loud noise all night and blue hot air the one in the bedroom worked fine and then when we went to go to bed the TV did not work we are very disappointed
Looking forward to getting a comp for another night since we would frequent this hotel off and for birthdays etc
Value for the price. Large, clean rooms. Especially appreciated was the night light on the hair dryer in the bathroom. A small thing, but hotels much more expensive don't have this. If you are looking for a luxurious place, this isn't it. If you are looking for a clean place, well located and well priced, this fits the bill. And the yummy evening cookies taste like they came from a bakery.
Absolutely terrible this hotel should be burnt to the ground, that’s the only thing that will rid the earth of this scorch of a hotel.. drug addicts everywhere, homeless everywhere throwing up, I would trust the wuhan meat market to not give me covid 19 over trusting this hotel… heck I’d trust pelosi and Gavin newsom with my gun rights before id ever stay at this hotel….
The room was nice. The bed was quite comfortable. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The free internet was decent and didn’t disconnect me or try to upsell me on data rates. They had ice available and it had the feeling of a hotel, from the time before the discount hotels over-economized. Not the cheapest hotel but moderately nicer than those.
staff members from the hotel were amazing. Literally not a hyperbole they were a 10+. my wife and I forgot to bring toothpaste and razor to shave, staff members at the front desk were able to provide us with a disposable razor, and a few mini packets of toothpaste. Breakfast was always stocked and room service was amazing
The front desk staff was amazingly awesome!!
The breakfast attendant is more than happy to try and satisfied any requests you have!
The rooms were really nice and clean and the hotel staff kept the grounds really nice!!
Absolutely nothing. The front desk clerk was not surprised when I requested my money back. Said the hotel had sold so the owner wasn’t cleaning or repairing anything. I was the 6th person that night to ask for a refund.
We have stayed at this hotel numerous time because my kids love the pools. They have a little separate kiddy pool for the little kids, a bigger pool for the older kids, and a hot tub for mom and dad.
Not very modern, but confortable hotel with restaurant nearby. I did 10 hotels in Texas and Colorado in a row and they offered the best and most varied breakfast till 10.00 am!
