The room was exceptionally clean, the sofa was very comfortable, all the finishes were beautiful. Bathroom was amazing! Eden is a very safe area and the location was very quiet. There was a fireplace which was a bonus. We didn’t use the whirlpool tub but it looked perfectly clean.

    As I stated in my other review, the place was disgusting. A badly stained blanket covered a rock hard bed, messy pillows, dirty-moldy looking edge of tub, peeling paint and a gap in the door that someone could pop right open! Plus they tried to add on an additional $100 deposit in cash because of "issues" they have had?! After running my card for the room?! What kind of ridiculous nonsense is that? Sounds like someone trying to commit fraud. I expected at least a decently clean room for $170 that we paid, not a wall crumbling hovel. We would have been better off sleeping in our vehicle. We have stayed in quite a few places, but that place was gross. Motel 6, you usually have a decent reputation but NOT in that place. I did take pictures and I am very happy to share them with anyone. Recommendations? NO WAY!!

    There was trash left in the room.

    There was trash left in the room. We didnt see it until morning as it was late when we arrived. That was very unsettling for us. Now we are unsure if our line s were fresh. There was so much noise that we kept waking up. We could hear the phone in the next room as an example of how thin the walls were.

    I don't get to go back to Buffalo very often, but this is where I stay. They are friendly and are very accommodating. The place is clean and the beds are comfortable. What more could you ask for?

    Don’t wast your money on this property very disgusting when I first opened the door there was a nasty smell and then I found bugs on the carpets room wasn’t cleaned found roach clips on the floor mold in the shower the bed was made and the sheets were dirty so clearly they don’t wash them or change them after they have guests stay there I ended up checking out early and still ended up paying basically full price very unhappy and will never stay there again.

    I mentioned that the room smelled very damp and was told that it would be taken care if when i got back so after the game when i got back the smell was actualy worse as well as all they did wad make the bed didnt clean anything else about the room, i was so embarrassed it was my sons first time out to a game for his birthday so when we got back i checked out asap didnt even stay the extra day that i paid for i was so upset i went and stayed somewhere else and paid again

    The room was expected a fridge and microvalve, none was provided. I checked in with General manager and asked if there is any kettle for boil water to use for my baby formula, he was not accommodating. No coffee/ tea. No bathroom supplies. Fan was making noise. Poor Wi-Fi. We stayed for two nights with my one year old baby and it was not a good experience at all. Never recommend this place. I think after the COVID they take advantage of not providing the basic needs of a stay after paying almost the same price as hotel.

    This was our second time staying here. The pool was nice, although a little cool. It had a breakfast and the room was pretty decent. It was quiet and right close to the interstate. It's not a four star hotel, but we weren't paying for one either. For the money, it was a great place to stay! If we need to stay near Buffalo again, we'd stay here.

    Flea bag hotel , pets running around , room stained and unkept . Took forever to check in . They claim I canceled my reservation and charged me $9 more than originally agreed to but it was late and I had to drive 650 miles in the morning. Never again !!!!!
