We stayed one night in a room that had a sitting room!
We stayed one night in a room that had a sitting room! We've never had that before. From the online information, it looks like nearly every room is different in some way. We had what I thought was a queen bed, but it was really the size of a double bed. The mattress was too firm even for my husband, who likes a firm mattress. He said his pillow was too hard also. I slept fine! The toilet was very low - great for kids but not so great for senior citizens with knee problems. Everything was neat and clean. The parking lot immediately at the inn is small and with the restaurant and pub there, when we returned from a show at the American Music Theater, we ended up parking in the inn's lot across the alley. It wasn't a far walk, but it would have been very inconvenient in inclement weather. Overall, it's a very quaint, picturesque inn. It served its purpose for us, but because of the bed comfort issues for my husband, we will not be staying there again. However, I would not hesitate to recommend it to other people.DawneUnited States
