Shuttle service was cancelled and I was not informed until I phoned the hotel after waiting almost an hour. Even the taxi drivers and airport staff were not aware that the shuttle had been cancelled. Had I waited any longer I may not have been able to book in as I found out that the night porter finished at 23:00hrs. Very disappointed with the information provided by the change. We were not there long enough to make any real comments on this hotel. They did recommend a restaurant across the street which was exceptionally good. Italian in design and superb in foods served. Good place to stay next to the Airport, shuttle van was on time and the drivers courteous. Besides the hotel restaurant no other places to eat were close by. The Restaurant needs more variety of foods.

I was pleasantly surprised to see how clean and comfortable it was, specially after spending all day in airports. In addition, the breakfast is included, I also was expecting coffee and maybe a bagel, the breakfast was delicious with a lot of options. Again, it was really good. The staff was also very helpful and quick to help.
