Clean, just a couple of kilometers to good restaurants, close to the highway, so a perfect place to stop for the night. Staff were all very friendly!

The 2 hours spent at this hotel were the worst booking I have ever had! We did not get a first-floor room as requested, the room smelled bad, the mattress was broken, the top and bottom sheets had stains, the sink faucet was broken, parking was terrible and a room below us was smoking pot with their door open. When it went to office things did not go well so I check out and they billed us for the night’s stay. I believe we shous get a total refund because the room should have never been booked.

The town OK. Location convenient.
The town OK. Location convenient. At least we found a very good Indian restaurant 4 or 5 miles to northwest. It was the only really good meal of the trip.
Pretty clear we were no longer in Montreal.
Very easy to get around.
Probably would avoid hotel breakfast.

Conveniently located for our travel destination.
Conveniently located for our travel destination. Room was comfortable in size. Had a refrigerator which is a must on my list of things. My only complaint would be the pillows on the bed. There were 4 on a king size bed and my husband needed 3 of them to make one good pillow. Looks like the property has been updated over time - invest in some decent pillows. Your guests will love you for it.

Huntersville is a beautiful town with friendly people.
Huntersville is a beautiful town with friendly people. Central to the activities we enjoy - Lake Norman, Charlotte and Concord Motor Speedway! Cafe 100 is amazing right in town - Showmar's is always a good meal - boating on Lake Norman - the Cook Out in Cornelius - a good home cooked breakfast. Tour the Charlotte Motor Speedway - pretty amazing. Tiger World located near Concord is wonderful for the afternoon - many, many animals - good signage - a good value for your money - picnic area - good walking paths - great staff - you will love it - there is alot to learn there and would be amazing for young families.

Huntersville is a relatively quiet and very clean city.
Huntersville is a relatively quiet and very clean city. The people we interacted with during our stay were friendly and polite. The traffic was orderly and courteous. It is centrally located near Lake Norman, Cornelius, and Charlotte. The Sunday service at Elevation Church at Lake Norman was very inspiring, the Billy Graham Library in Charlotte was fantastic, and the Whitewater Rafting Park was exciting. The Southern hospitality was evident in all of the food establishments we visited.
The only problem i had was when i got charge a extra 136 an noone can explain why they took all my information manager supposed to come in at 4 pm never even recieved a call. I paid for my whole trip in feb and got told when i got there only thing i had to pay was 50 an it would get refunded like regular hotels seen the charge for 136 noone can explain it or tell me why but it just the point someone should know they getting charged a extra 136 an should be able to explain why.
The hotel was a perfect place for a one night stopover on our way down south. It was located in a quiet and more residential area, away from any highway noise but also not as central to restaurants etc. It is a newer hotel and that showed in the very clean condition of the room and amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
It's a fairly new hotel in a great location to get to the place I was visiting. Room is fine, with nice bathroom and all is good. As there is no restaurant, you are given a list of local food providers (there are plenty) and I ended up ordering an Uber Eats. Free parking and free WiFi.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating. My experience was pretty darn good as hotels stays can go. I stayed at this hotel on my way down and then again on the way back because it met my very particular needs.
Brand new hotel. Very comfortable bed. Full size refrigerator. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Close to supermarket and restaurants. There is a mini mart at the end of the driveway. Exceptional value!
The only thing that we did like about the hotel was the location. There was a lot of things to do near by. There was plenty of options to eat around and had grocery store and gas station a walking distance
I liked the location of the hotel. When I first arrived I really like the front desk clerk Kristina because she was extremely nice but she ended up leaving after two weeks of my stay.
The space in the rooms for family. Allowing our dog to stay at the hotel. Staff was amazing, kind and helpful, especially Cynthia who helped us with our breakfast!! Thank you!
not really pet friendly 35 dollars and not allowed to leave the animal bun the room alone but don’t tell u till u are already checked in. breakfast was great. staff. very nice
Generally I am a big fan of the Country Inn and Suites, not to be confused with the Comfort Inn and Suites. The hotel was as I expected, clean, comfortable, well maintained.
