The hotel and staff were very good and we enjoyed our stay.
The hotel and staff were very good and we enjoyed our stay. I had to cancel our original reservations and reserve a room a few days later than originally expected due to last minute work requirements. I made a mistake while canceling the first reservation and was charged $135 for the mistake. I called and the manager was not at all interested in helping me to obtain a refund even though there were only a few people staying during this off season. My mistake did not cost the hotel anything. It cost me $135.00 which the manager refused to refund. My first recourse is my credit card company and I have other ideas if they can't help me. We used this hotel last year as well and plan on using it every year if we can. The manager is the only employee we have encountered who is not friendly to the guests. I'm glad I didn't get to meet him. I'm doubly glad that the employees we did interact with were very friendly and helpful. This place needs a new manager as far as we are concerned because we want to come back but don't want to support greedy policies that only hurt the guests and make them reluctant to return. There are plenty of other hotels on Cape Cod.

We were very excited about staying with our 3 children.
We were very excited about staying with our 3 children. We booked a suite, but when booking we were not informed that half the water park was closed. We were extremely disappointed. As it was a non refundable purchase. Also unaware of the construction going on. We were so confused on how to get to the other part of the resort. We were walking through parts of the hallways with work being done. We were told we couldn't. When asked for help on how to get to our room the gentlemen couldn't direct us . We did enjoy the outside pool. The rooms were clean, the shower had nice hot water. We visited the restaurant and the food was really good. Maybe when renovations are over will have a better experience.

Having stayed in several places in Cape Cod during four visits to the area, I wouldn't stay in Hyannis again. We stayed to be near the ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. It doesn't have the charm of other villages and towns nearby. There are a few good shops though but excellent accommodation is hard to find there.

Hotels and restaurants and shops were all within a short distance from one another. Many things to do in Hyannis (we've been going there for years). Kennedy museum is a must and the beach at the Kennedy memorial is beautiful. Ferry service to the islands is right there and convenient. Just a beautiful place to visit.

Hyannis is a great town next to the sea with ferries leaving for Marthas Vineyard and Nantucket. The bars and restaurants are excellent. The parks are good. JfK dominates the town so plenty of history around.

Nice and central location at Cape Cod.
Nice and central location at Cape Cod. You can enjoy the beaches, walking through "downtown" Hyannis, along the harbor Side. There is a large Shopping mall just outside Hyannis.
But Main Street is the best place to strawl along and shop whatever you need. Restaurants for different budgets are available.
We might come again.
A true cottage-core location in Hyannis: it is the perfect spot to go around Cape Cod, especially if you would like to go on a whale watching cruise. The owner, Martin, is probably the kindest & nicest man alive: he organized for us to have a few snacks for breakfast once he learned that we would have to leave before breakfast service started. He’s also super great to talk to and can recommend a lot of places around here!!
Lucky us for selecting this wonderful place to stay for our weekend in Hyannis. The staff (Cliff) couldn’t have been more cordial in greeting us at checkin, and then right up until checkout. We loved the old school charm at the Travel Inn that you just don’t find at the chain hotels. Our go to place when in the area. Location excellent to all the local sights and more.
The motel was in an excellent location and in easy walking distance to the Main Street. The cleaners worked tirelessly all day fresh towels everyday. yes the rooms maybe a little dated but for the price well worth the money as some hotels are extortionate. Will definitely use again. Fresh coffee in reception was a nice touch.
The bed was very comfortable, the staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean and right next the the main street with all of the shops and attractions. The lamps had usb ports and an a regular outlet so I could charge my phone and laptop. Also the bathroom mirrors had a touch light on it. I want one for my house.
We enjoyed the hotel's excellent location. It is close to the ferry, restaurants, shopping. We also enjoyed the comfortableness of the room. The air conditioner worked great, the mattress and linens were nice. Breakfast offerings were good, too. The tv was large. Parking was ample as well.
Very polite staff, quick easy check in, the rooms were roomy and cute and the aesthetic of the hotel was very cape cod summer vibes. Most importantly too it smelt nice and there was fresh air in the room(if you’ve stayed at other hotels with a similar cheap price you know how rare this is)
We had a ground floor room. it looked out over the harbour. Altogether the hotel was very calm and relaxed but very well run. We were late checking in and Reception made us feel so welcome. The room was immaculate and clean. Every member of staff we met were friendly and helpful.
This hotel management clearly take pride in their cleanliness. The room was spotless. Very impressive. Location of this place is also excellent. Quick walk to main street and right near all of the ferries. Management very friendly
Hotel is beautiful, spotless clean, peaceful and very well maintained, friendly staff members. Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and stove), plenty of bathrooms, great hanging area - family room, office space.
I travel to Cape Cod with my sister for a weekend shopping trip every year. This hotel is modern and clean and located right near all of our favorite destinations. Staff are friendly and helpful and there's always lots of parking.
Enjoyed our stay; front desk staff were very helpful. The hotel was within walking distance to our favorite spot, The Black Cat" and plenty of parking. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Hyannis.
Excellent location, only a few yards from Main Street and the harbour. Average/poor breakfast, but included in room rate. Free parking. Deli across the road, but a short distance to wine/beer shop.
Location from transportation centre was very convenient and everything is walkable from the hotel. The pool and spa were a welcome activity at the end of the day.
