You should let travelers know that the building is under renovation. We stayed on a floor under renovation and our room was supposed to be one of the finished rooms. I was not impressed but needed a place to sleep. Restaurant is closed on Sunday.

It's newish, clean and has great facilities. It's also walking distance for several food options but if you're wanting to go further a field, the highway is close by and makes it easy to travel. There is no noise coming from the highway. Breakfast was included and it was good, not great but better than nothing.
