For the price the hotel was good. The manager was very helpful. When our first room we stayed in was unacceptable he moved us to another room. I do not recommend the handicapped room. The mattress was uncomfortable and there was a leak in the sink. Perhaps they've fixed those problems by now. It was conveniently located to restaurants and stores which was a plus. I'd probably stay there again because the price is very good for that area.

We did not stay a lot in the hotel - our goal was to go to US Open tenis games. Close enough to Flushing Meadows park
We did not eat in Jericho as we were on the road almost all the time. There are 2 restaurants very close - it should be handy - an indian one probably the same owner and one portuguese café across the street.
We took our café to the Beyond Bagels shop (523 North Broadway, 4 min drive) and we were very happy to have this place nearby.
Even if in Jericho there was not a lot to do there are a lot of places and things to do on the Long ISland( beaches, gardens, restaurants and so)

Almost nothing specially positive to talk about this place.
Almost nothing specially positive to talk about this place.
Negative sides are a lot ! :(
Tap in the bathroom was running whole night - could not sleep.
No complementary drinking, water, coffee or tea in the room. Bathroom is too small - can't be smaller than what it is ! :(
I won't go back ever to this place to stay. sorry.

Very clean and friendly staff.
Very clean and friendly staff. Daily care for the room if you want. Plenty of ice- greatly needed for my husband’s recent surgery and the cooler we kept in the car.
A light breakfast would have made it perfect.
I’ve been staying here intermittently since last year couple days every week for work when I commute to NYC. It’s one of my nicer hotels that I enjoy staying at that’s affordable. Usually very clean including the walls and linens. Staff is great.
This is my go to hotel for a little scape with husband when we feel overwhelmed and need a little time away from home, its always clean, comfy bed, kind staff i would recommend to anyone
