Also, Alvea, Jody and the rest of your check in staff are also warm, friendly and very welcoming. This is one of my favorite Hotels to stay at. The Rooms are always spotless and kept up to high standards as the rest of rhe Hotel is also.

This was a great location for travel as we were extremely close to Routes 55 and 80. Many of our friends and relatives live further East and North which makes both highways readily accessible. Close to restaurants and shopping with wide choices for both.

Tried to change the date and was charged anyway and couldn't talk to a live person. I will never stay at this hotel again and will warn others.
I'm glad we found somewhere else close by that we were able to stay and could cancel if we had to change plans. I think your company is very unprofessional.

Very dated venue. Hasn't been updated since the 90s. Were there for one night on cross country trip. No operating restaurants. one snack bar for pizza and one bar. Was not very crowded night we stayed. Casino no crowded at all. Would not recommend nor stay again.

Wonderful bed, very clean. Nice breakfast. BUT beware... Manager, ROY will charge you EXTRAS! He charged me $20 for early check-in knowing ahead of time I'd be needing this and never telling me... This is AFTER I have already waited in lobby 3 hours! Then come to find I was charged $30 not the 20! And the incidentals fee.... Okay... But AFTER I give him my debit card to pay it he tells me it'll take 3 WEEKS to get my my refunded to me. There was an ATM just get away. This manager asked me to sit in the lobby, watched me have serious slept attacks (I told him I have NARCOLEPSY), and was aware my vehicle was being serviced so I was stuck there, and still let me wait 3 hours. It wasn't until I BEGGED him fora room cuz I was afraid I wouldn't be able to fend off another sleep attack that I got a room and was charged the crazy fees!!!! NOT OKAY!

The city of my youth has doubled in size and diminished in quality in the last 50 years.
This maybe common in mid-west but I have no comparison.
The museum is quaint and I hear they are closing the speedway,
one of the best hotels I stayed this year, I spoke for many more hotels that allow dogs, and the pool will work but they said no, Pool is not working, blah blah no pets blah blah, I found this place and it did what I expected required for 4 days in a row, excellent, the girl and the guys at the reception are super friendly,
Everything about this stay was absolutely amazing. I love the bed it was so comfortable. The manager on shift at check in was courteous, and very kind. I live in Chicago but my fiance lives in Joliet; this will be my new getaway hotel. Thank you
I almost forgot even the breakfast was amazing!
The hotel manager was exceptional. I believe her name was Julie. The cleanliness of the hotel, dining area and our room were tops. The lobby was very nice if you wanted to just sit and relax in it with family or friends.
The breakfast was great, not flashy, but very good. The breakfast area crew were friendly and courteous. The front desk attendant at checking was fantastic! He was courteous, respectful and funny. Give that man a raise!

it was the worst motel stay ever. Management was unprofessional. stating that fights and uncleanlinesses is throughout the hotels in Joliet. she was more combative then reassuring.
