There were drunks drinking outside there rooms making lude comments to my stepdaughter. They lied about the breakfast saying there was eggs and waffles all I got was a little tube of yogurt a apple and little bag of tiny muffins.I was transferred to a room with a burner so I could make eggs but the room smelled like burnt plastic like someone recently cooked meth in there and it made me sick and they wouldn't let in a different room until I packed up and said I was leaving and told them they would have to credit me and I asked to have the manager call me and she never did and I choose this place because it had a pool and I could invite my grandson to come swim but when I got there they said only me and my wife could use it even though my wife only was there half my stay.I never did use there pool. There were holes in my blanket my TV didn't work when I got there because someone stole the hdmi cord. This place was a dump and the waffle house was closed almost the whole time I was there across street I was planning on eating there.

we drove from Wisconsin to do some golfing. got 36 holes in in the short time we were there, Then the rains/and a little bit of snow came and they pretty much shut everything down. so we cut our trip short and left a day early. being from Wisconsin we are used to the snow Not much to really do in a city of that size

Good location.
Good location. We had stayed here the previous two summers with no issues. This time it was a completely different experience. Dirty room, coffee pot in the front lobby was always empty and disappearing staff.

Jonesboro has really grown and modernized over the last 30 years. the Arkansas State University campus looks amazing with a lot of new facilities. A great town. I ate lunch at a place called El Acapulco that was some of the best Mexican food I've ever had. Everyone should include barnhill's buffet. And I ate a really fantastic Pizza at Eleanor's pizzeria in downtown Jonesboro. Kari was my server and did an outstanding job. The people in Jonesboro AR very friendly as you would expect in any southern city.
I like the size of the room and the location of the room
I met with the new owner, Mrs. Kazi and found that the hotel was recently purchased and were in the middle of renovation and repairs. I think that it will improve with time. The lobby was nicely decorated and the room decor was nice other than missing items. It was a really good value for the money. We had moved from another hotel on the same street because it was awful (Econolodge).
The bed was comfortable, location was good and parking decent. The room was dark enough for late sleepers, amenities including a good size hotel refrigerator were good. Although check-in was bad, checkout was much more friendlier and professional. Management did call regarding my complaints and assured me she would address the issues of my stay.
I liked the fact that it was a smoking room and pet friendly. Very quiet and comfortable stay. Within walking distance of Convenience store, restaurants and movie theater. The front desk hostess was awesome. I would definitely stay again.
Loved the Dove scented lotions and washes, they smelled amazing. The beds were super comfortable and the lovely woman (didn’t get name) who checked me in was very friendly and gave me lots of information about the hotel.
THE ROOM WAS CLEAN STAFF VERY NICE AND A GREAT VALUE FOR THE PRICE WE WERE TRAVELING THROUGH THE STATE OF ARKANSAS STAYED AT 3 DIFFERENT HOTELS IN 3 DAYS BY FAR THIS WAS THE BEST FOR THE VALUE RENEE
The property was very clean, neat and attractive. The staff members were friendly, helpful and courteous. We will certainly stay here again on our next journey through Jonesboro.
The breakfast was delicious, it's always important to have breakfast at the hotel when traveling. It was good to sit and eat breakfast and watch the news and talk with family.
We had to move 3 times before we finally had a room with air. We reserved 2 queen beds they were full beds. The website says the hotel has an inside pool but it doesn’t work.
Hotel was old. The breakfast was almost nonexistent. The room I was in was noisy as it was over the pool. They seemed to have full time residents that were making the noise.
There's a good variety of food offered for breakfast. The rooms are always clean, staff very friendly. Great rates! Close to just about everything in Jonesboro.
