Shuttle bus came as promised within 15-20 minutes of contacting the hotel from the airport pick up point. Runs roughly every 30 mins during the day and can be reserved at the hotel for return journeys. Check in was friendly and the room was comfortable and outside noise minimal. My early flight had been cancelled next day so I could sleep in. Didn't have breakfast. A good stay.

The location was handy for the nearby rail station which was one of the things we were keen on. Reception area, lifts and hallways were all clean. Staff were friendly enough for the amount of time that I dealt with them. Breakfast was basic but the area was kept clean and topped up and actually stopped me from over eating at breakfast which I can have a tendency to do. We had chosen the hotel to be able to get the train up to Newark Penn Station for the ice hockey and it did what we needed.

But room are clean … The shuttle experience is a huge mess with waiting time more than an hour spent at the airport, no shuttle next morning even if they took more than 20 min to scheduled one, no help for anything, no bills at the end either by computer or paper even when I asked etc No place to eat

I needed to pick up some items from the Walmart about 2 miles away, easy drive, and it was a great experience. We love the kenilworth.
We love the kenilworth. It is always clean and the staff members we came in contact with are very nice and good at what they do. The furnishings are up to date and parking is free and easy. We also appreciate the free airport shuttle.

It was clear that it was a perplexing situation and they were handling it gracefully. At both check-in and check-out, the staff were professional and courteous. The hotel appears to have been updated. Our room was comfortable and nicely decorated. Personally, I would stay here again for an overnight. I called the hotel and they arranged a car using Lyft. Within 10 minutes there was a car from Lyft and problem soved. My room was nice, big and very clean. I couldn't open the window to get some fresh air in but further than that, it was good. I missed a restaurant in this hotel.

The room was comfortable and very clean as well. Highly recommend. The location is convenient although by the highway, so not great views or anything but that hardly mattered.
