The room was very nice and clean with a great view of the harbor. The staff was very pleasant and the location to the lake was great to walk on Simmons Island.

I truly liked everything about SpringHill Suites! The kindness and helpfulness staff made the experience. The location, the gorgeous design of the premises, the super breakfast were plusses. The most important strength of the Suites is the staff hospitality. We can not thank the staff enough for their warmth and professionalism.

The location was super convenient; it is located just off the expressway.
We made use of the bar in the evening for a couple games of pool. It was pretty quiet inside as we were there during the week.

The location is perfect. The hotel is beautiful, and there is not much by the way of noise. The options for eating onsite were good, but we did not partake.

We actually didn't know we booked a hotel that was in Wisconsin at time of booking because we just looked at the distance and the price. We were at Six Flags in Gurnee/Chicago IL. Super fun time! it was so close to the hotel only 15/20 minute drive from where we were and was straight highway driving. We booked dmfir the price and the breakfast. Surprised when saw the room and happy to swim in the heated indoor pool. The price for everything we got was incredible! We were excited to see that we crossed the state line into Wisconsin as we no idea we were so close to Wisconsin. The hotel was easy to find right off the highway!! Next time we come here we will check out everything Wisconsin has to offer! 😊

I love this part of Kenosha, by Lake Michigan.
I love this part of Kenosha, by Lake Michigan. It was beautiful. We didn't go the beach this time but we love to go if we have time. It is just beautiful. There was a concert outside on Wednesday night at Kemper and the piano player was fabulous. It was fun to be right next to Lake Michigan. There is a theatre nearby and lots of nice bars and restaurants. The comedy club is at the Wyndham. There is a nice bar on the back deck at the Wyndham.

Kenosha was very friendly!
Kenosha was very friendly! I loved the beach and the city vibe. The restaurant's were great. There was a little festival that was going on and it was very well put together. The city was clean, friendly and I would definitely go back . Restaurants as awesome. A must is just walk on the pier, it's amazing and peaceful.

We were staying in Kenosha to go skiing in Wilmot.
We were staying in Kenosha to go skiing in Wilmot. Unfortunately, due to weather conditions, our ski lessons were cancelled and the resort was closed. Only living a quick 50-minute drive to Chicago, we thought of cutting our trip short but instead decided to stay (since we really like the hotel) and took a ride to Gurnee Mills and shopped for a bit and ate in a local restaurant with terrific food.

This is the first we have ever been to Kenosha and we really enjoyed our time. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Sazzy B's and Breakfast at the infamous Frank's Diner. We took a nice long walk by Lake Michigan and hit up Swede's bar and that was also a treat.
I'm thrilled to share my review of Best Western in Kenosha, WI. Over the past five years, we have made it our go-to hotel during the Renaissance Fair, and it has never disappointed. The hotel itself is fantastic, offering comfortable accommodations and excellent amenities. The staff goes above and beyond with their exceptional service, making our stay even more enjoyable. If you're attending the Renaissance Fair or for any other reasons, I highly recommend staying at Best Western in Kenosha, WI.
Amazing hotel. Beautiful lobby and rooms. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Weekend breakfast was good and the coffee was exceptional. Our family had 4 kings size suites booked and we were all on the first floor very close to each other. The trundle bed under the sofa sleeper came in very handy. The bathroom was amazing!! The lobby was a great place for our family to gather and spend time together. Kids enjoyed the playing cards and using the pool.
Our family stayed for 3 days while in town for a swim meet. The suite style room was what made this hotel stand out. We were able to cook and eat our meals in the kitchenette. It made the stay feel more like home not having to have food in the sleeping area. It also provided a buffer between the sleeping room and the hallway.
The staff were all great. The property itself is very nicely decorated and extremely clean and comfortable. While our stay was brief and during the winter, I would think that this hotel would be an excellent place to stay during the summer with its downtown location near the lakefront.
Best location in Kenosha. Although there are no balconies , there is a wonderful lake view with big picture windows. The breakfast area was nice and we all got a kick out of the pancake machine. The whole hotel smells great and the rooms are exceptionally clean.
Staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the entire remodel they did at the property. Close to all the restaurants, bars, and shopping which makes the location perfect.
Will return again in the near future!
The location and the views were spectacular from our room but that was the only good thing this trip. Back in 2020 this hotel was beautiful and clean, and now is a dirty and moldy hotel. We won't be back here again!
Breakfast was very nice.
Location was a little far from our daily destination, but this was due to the fact that we had not been to Kenosha so had no idea of distance to events. But within walking distance.
It was very clean overall. The room was pretty nice for the price I paid. This was the only hotel that was reasonably priced in 50 miles (I was going to a concert in East Troy,Wi)
Nice layout, breakfast area, room & price. We were very happy with this hotel, just everything we needed. We were in Kenosha to attend a funeral & this hotel was very nice.
One of the best hotels in the town. Breakfast was great. Staff were helpful. Very quiet and clean rooms. Liked the christmas decor in bar and lobby. Good vibes
