Key Largo has some great restaurants and happy hour! We loved CJ at night with their fantastic Pretzel! The Giorgios restaurant fantastic. Shopping at Anthonys was great for resort wear! Attended beautiful Wedding at Bakers Cay resort too!

The only things to do in Key Largo are, Eating, drinking, go on Snorkeling or Scuba Diving tours. When we arrived our 1st stop was at the visitors center where the lady told us that there is not much to to do in Key Largo, no beach, no snorkling from the shoreline unless as she put it "if you want to see rocks and small fish". Must visit Blond Giraffe Key Lime Pie Factory-best pie and nice courtyard, the Turtle Hospital, Robbie's Marina and feed the tarpon, plus rent kayaks explore the mangroves. Eateries; dinner and sunset at Lorelie's, breakfast at Made 2 Order and Harriette's restaurant-get a muffin and biscuit.

The lagoon is a little murky, but loads of fish and wonderfully cool for swimming. The point is stunning to catch the sunset - well worth the few minutes walk, we enjoyed it most evenings. Key Largo has a number of restaurants and decent shopping facilities within walking distance, although the humidity made walking very sweaty!JoUnited Kingdom

There are three ocean piers that guests can use to relax and be on the water. I wasn’t able to use the private beach or rent a kayak but it was nice to be on the water.
