Kihei has very nice vacation vibes.

Kihei has very nice vacation vibes. However Kihei is a place far from Maui airport. For food and groceries we had to go to Kahului. The drive was 20 minutes. We sacrificed time in favor of location and peaceful community.

    I love Maui.

I love Maui. It is so full of lovely things to do: driving, snorkelling, boogy boarding, swimming, sunning, exploring, hiking, taking in hula dancers at Shops at Wailea. The weather is great, blue skies, nice and hot. The people are lovely. Each town has it's own charms. Kula Lodge and Kula Gardens are fantastic. You can even get a dog-on-demand from the humane society and give a shelter dog a trip to the beach. Maui is the best!

Community has a lot to offer.

Community has a lot to offer. Restaurants and shopping are walking distance away from most condos. Locals are friendly. Plenty of beach and parks. Nice access for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Not overly crowded or pricy. Close to airport, boat launches and other Maui cities. Loved our stay here!

Kihei is the perfect location when visiting Maui.

Kihei is the perfect location when visiting Maui. There are good restaurants, you are typically only steps from the beach. The location is the perfect base for day trips. I recommend the Paia Fish Market for dinner and Threes for cocktails (the sushi is surprisingly good too!). It doesn't rain in Kihei either, only 10"/year.

Kihei is a good central location.

Kihei is a good central location. If you want to see Maui, it is a perfect location. Surf lessons are right there. Food and a market are close. A few lively bars within walking distance. Also, a very safe area.

    This was a great location.

This was a great location. Many beaches and restaurants nearby. It also was a central location for getting to other areas of the island easily and in a decent amount of time. It was sunny all 11 days.

Loved the location. The bbq area greenscape was stunning and was right on the beach. Gorgeous sunsets right where we were. Loved the patio right on the green, plenty of benches by the bbq area. The trees were just beautiful and lovely Tiki torches at night. Immaculate landscaping. Liked the beach chairs, umbrellas, boogey boards and beach towels provided and the child's beach toys were a real plus. Restaurants and grocery stores were close at hand. This is a great location to reach all the sites on Maui and still feel like a local.

What we liked - the resort is very thoughtfully furnished to every small detail. The location is great, especially to relax in the private garden after a tiring day. Just that it's not on the beach, however not very far either and all beach activity things like towels, snorkelling stuff even sunscreen cream are also stacked in the store room. The property manager is friendly, prompt in communication and very helpful. We definitely will like to return there for our next Maui trip and recommend as well.

We were super impressed with Michelle at the agents office where you pick up the keys. A pure positive energy felt from her! The building seemed pretty busy but the elevators are fast, we don't like waiting for slow elevators so that was a plus. We are truly fortunate and feel a bit of shame that we were having such a wonderful time while so many on the island suffer from their great loss while facing an uncertain future. Wishing nothing but the best for all the strong and resilient Mauians🙏🏼

Amazing location with views of sunsets and palm trees, easy walk to food trucks (and Foodland), across the street from the perfect bay to learn how to surf. Good dive shop downstairs. Our two teens liked having their own spaces (bedroom #2 and the living room pullout couch) and we all enjoyed the privacy of the corner apartment. Economical choice for plenty of space, a balcony, access to the pool/grill area and Kihei’s many attractions.

The unit had everything you needed for a perfect Maui holiday: kitchen with every gadget imaginable, lots of space to sit and chill, and a full ensemble of beach goodies: 4 chairs, umbrella, 2 coolers, 2 boogie boards (and not the cheap ones), and even a wagon to roll things across to the beach if you have kiddies and lots of stuff. Loved having a grill area to grill up local fish and meats and potatoes.

The pool is amazing, the beach is very close and the view was beautiful. There was beach gear and enough towels supplied. The town of Kihei has restaurants and shops, everything one might need. The unit's kitchen was well equipped for cooking. As a party of 4, we were happy to find an inflatable guest bed in the unit, which was much more comfortable (and easier to stow) than the sofa bed.

It was definitely one of the better places we’ve stayed at. Gloria has so many amenities provided along with her unit. She even has a binder with suggestions of places to eat, visit, cards with discounts, troubleshooting. We visited a lot of beaches in Maui, and the beach at Nani Kai Hale is the best one for taking long walks.

The ocean front was awesome, swimmable sandy beach! The BIG draw for us! Third floor lanai views with gorgeous ocean vistas!!!! We didn’t see any turtles but were told they come up on the beach. Nice having the remote fans in bdrm & liv rm. A HUGE PLUS (another reason I selected this property) A/C!! Very Quiet & private.

NLC is the opposite of a typical “tourist tower” apt building prevalent throughout Maui and especially Oahu. Beautiful garden area, although day trips meant I didn’t get to enjoy it much. Hardly saw another guest all week in fact. The studio units were especially quiet away from main road.
