Owners have done a great job at setting up the place. Decor is beautiful and the property is very spacious. Back deck and a front deck, fully furnished with Victorian vibes. All types of charging cables, coffee, tea, oats, granola bars, mini fridge, utensils.

The location is wonderful. Although it is a dorm arrangement you have private bedroom and shared bathroom, restroom , full kitchen, sitting areas and outdoor space. My room also had a fridge. The bedroom is very simply furnished but perfectly comfortable. Owners are very responsive to text questions and helpful. Makawao - nearby town is a great little historic town and the countryside is lush.

Very quiet and peaceful for the most part. Certainly a place to relax and recharge. The room was spacious, clean and well-appointed. Staff, were friendly, responsive and very helpful (in particular, Leah, the Manager of Guest Services). Little extras like complimentary snacks in the room was a nice touch.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff were terrific. Two things would have made our stay even better: a complimentary continental breakfast and their main restaurant open. It was not open on Sunday or Monday and we could not take advantage since we had made other evening plans for dinner on our other days prior to departure.
