Beautiful, quiet location. Excellent staff. It is on the other side of the lake to downtown, which is a short drive away. This is a conference hotel rather than a holiday resort, so be prepared for no TV in the room (although the internet access works well), and limited meal times and selection.

The restaurant/lounge was the best. We were there two nights and ate dinner in the lounge twice. Great food! Had much fun with some great people.

What a gem! Much preferred Lake Arrowhead than Big Bear.
What a gem! Much preferred Lake Arrowhead than Big Bear. Everyone was great, very friendly, and we really enjoyed the mountains and the hikes around the area! Wish we had more time, but are definitely looking forward to coming back very soon!

Wonderful place, beautiful lake, great scenery.
Wonderful place, beautiful lake, great scenery. Keep in mind it's a small town, so not a lot of dining options and everything closes early. Not ideal for walking (no sidewalks), unless hiking in the beautiful forests.

Our unit was somewhat secluded, a little bit of a challenge to find, but as long as we followed the written directions, we found it. The upcharge and the little extra time to find the unit was well worth it. The roads were well plowed of the snow, however, there was a few folks that were in a hurry. You will enjoy your stay much more if you just slow down...

Think it’s the location that sells this spot.
Think it’s the location that sells this spot. But the hotel itself needs tons of work. Could be a gem but just there needs to be a lot of work done on the place. Tons of exterior problems that bring hazards to guests and kids. Guest safety and maintenance of the property should be top priority. Just felt this property has been neglected over the years.
This is one of the most beautiful and family-friendly resorts in Lake Arrowhead. The cabin was comfortable and clean. The food is excellent! The staff provided excellent service from the time of our arrival to our departure. The entire property is gorgeous, beautifully maintained, awesome swimming pool; outdoor recreation is fantastic, and plenty of walking and hiking paths. Thank you to the entire staff, especially the dining room staff, and employees, for making our stay so nice.
Great little cabin, very cosy and in a good location. The deck and backyard were great so we enjoyed spending time outside of the house too.
Close enough to the main road so that it wasn't a chore driving to restaurants / laundry etc. We saw a few birds and squirrels too which added to the fun.

close to big bear and all the ski lifts and tube sloping. our second room had a few bugs. We found a small bottle on the bed (we just moved him outside) and we got ants. other than that the staff is kind and friendly and very attentive. plan on staying again in a bigger room
The cabin was beautiful, spacious and clean. It was a restful place to retreat and an ideal place to gather a large-ish crew of people. It's big enough that everybody can be together, but also provides places for people to retreat if they needed solitude.
A cute little cozy place with a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Very clean and nicely decorated. The gal at the front desk was nice and helpful. Beautiful view from the front patio. Excellent price. Could walk to the village from our location.
Place is amazing as soon as we walked in it felt I was home. You guys have thought about absolutely everything to make your guest feel at home. Thank you for hosting us and we look forward to booking again on our next trip to lake arrowhead.
The place is stunning on the inside, it’s one of those don’t judge a book by it’s cover kinda deals. It’s location is right next to the lake arrowhead town and only 20-30 min drive from snow valley mt resort for snowboarding/skiing !
Very spacious cabin, the game room is amazing. Very well equipped: Keurig machine, barbecue, fire pit, laundry room, and a fantastic poker table!!!
Great location, 5 min drive to the village.
One of the best rental I ever had.
Great value for the money. I stayed with my daughter in the studio. I had a queen size bed and my daughter had a pull out couch and we had a kitchen for the same price as a hotel in Cajon Pass. Beautiful property condo style
Great location right across from Lake Arrowhead Spa and Resort and the Village. There were also goodies left in the lobby that you could access using your room key. But those are the only positives.
Quaint, historic hotel with themed rooms. My wife loved the jetted tub. The location is great, as it has a great restaurant downstairs and is a short walk frim Lake Arrowhead Village.
The cabin was beautiful. Felt very welcoming and cozy. It was conveniently close to Lake Arrowhead Village and had nearby hiking trails. I would definitely come back again.
Kitchen was stocked with all utensils, pots, pans and dishes you might need. Was able to whip up a steak dinner in no time. Beds were comfortable, room for extended family.
This was the best property we’ve ever stayed in Lake Arrowhead. The view is stunning. Everything was clean a lot of space for 10 people. We will go there again.
