Downtown Lansing is my favorite place on the planet.
Downtown Lansing is my favorite place on the planet. There's nothing like the energy downtown on a Saturday night after a Lugnuts game or a Nuthouse Nuttyfest. Having the hotel and Meijer right there downtown was the perfect amenities to making an out of town trip to downtown absolutely perfect.

House keeping and cleaning facilities is planned once in a week by the hotel management which is not good especially when rooms are having kitchen and double occupancy. Room are required to be cleaned on daily basis.
Even after request to front desk about same house keeping were not provided.

Staff wasn't friendly.
Staff wasn't friendly. Other guest were not very respectful towards other guest.one guest was out of control. Fighting with her spouse. I was minding g my own business and I was startled to something hitting my room . And it was cuz this other lady guest was strung out on God only knows. She ended smashing her wind shield out of her vehicle in the parking lot. Scream stumping her feet like a anger toddler right above my room for a good half hour.and then just kept going on and on until finally the left and never did come come back that night or the next day. I had a man talk to me outside when I was out smoking a cigarette and he was sitting in his vehicle smoking weed for a good 30mins. He said hello to me and I was nice and said hello and then after that he was getting a little to friendly and personal and had the balls to ask if he could come knock on my door in a few minutes. I said no thank you I am not interested in something like he was trying and hoping for. Come to find out he has a wife and I made sure to induce myself to her. So her man hopefully didn't try to get me naked. And the toilet about falls over when u stand up off it cuz it not bolted to the floor

Amazing stay. Great view. Staff noted everything in detail in advance to be sure my friend was surprised coming in. They allowed me in early enough to set up and a free check out late at 2pm. Amazing accommodation will stay again!!

Lansing is always a great place to visit and the only complaint I had with the hotel was it was very noisy with the other guests banging and yelling early in the morning. Perhaps next time a third floor may be a little quieter than the main floor.
We took communicating rooms: a Double Queen beds and a King bed. Nice rooms, good beds. Great location for the Hotel, right in the heart of the city. I liked the gym facilities: more than adequate compared to others. The bar is very charming, boasting a modern, open aesthetic, and the restaurant (along with the room service) is efficient and comprehensive, albeit slightly expensive. The staff is highly professional, very kind, and responds promptly. Housekeeping was great. Overall, a really great experience.
I was overall happy with practically everything! Staff was amazing, the bed was relatively comfy, the bathroom and shower were a good size, there's your own little mini kitchen to use. We were there for a week and I was sick one of the days, staff was super nice when I came out with my 3 year old to buy food and we stayed in the room the whole day. It was comfy enough to keep a toddler locked in one area for a day, probably the best hotel I've stayed at.
The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was large and very comfortable. The beds and linen were of top quality and very clean. The bathroom was good and the tub had low sides which made it easy to get in and out. There were however no toothbrushes or toothpaste, which again for this category of hotel, we would have expected these amenities to have been provided without having had to go to the front desk and request these items.
the restaurant and bar onsite were a real bonus. I had dinner there and they were wildly busy with only one server. She was terrific and was doing her best to keep up. All the patrons were very understanding (which was a relief). Then one of the front desk staff came and helped her. That was a great sign of team work. You don't see that often enough. Congratulations to the hotel staff who were ready to roll up their sleeves.
My husband was one of the Iron Workers who set the iron when this hotel was being built. This is our first opportunity to stay as we normally book air bnb's when coming to Michigan. I was extremely pleased with the staffing of professional and friendly people, and though I surface clean every room we book, I found the cleanliness of the room to be exceptional.
Breakfast included is once again not and only 1 of 3 elevators working never got to use pool after searching around town for breakfast almost run into by road rage driver soo stressed out by then made it back to hotel with 30 to check out no rest advertised on ur site at hotel bad experience
I was in a new renovated room that was very nice and comfy. The breakfast was really good with a few options to choose from. All the staff that I encountered was friendly and helpful. The pool area is always nice to hangout in.
Everyone was very friendly and informative about places to go and shop. First time in Lansing and it was phenomenal. Especially the market across the street. Located right off the freeway and close to a shopping center.
Great value for the money for a quick overnight stay in Lansing. Breakfast included is fine, nothing fancy, but appreciated at this price. you get what you pay for.
