The room and bathroom are spacious and the hotel environment is organized. Reception staff also served us well and we had no problems with the staff.
It's worth the experience and value 'and consistent!

Breakfast did not look good. I did not even try. I would never book with breakfast included again. Staff are oblivious of guests.

Wow! The Guesthouse is such a lovely place to stay. The staff are friendly and helpful and the apartment we stayed in was spacious, comfortable and stylish. It had everything we could possibly need for our 4 day stay with a well equipped kitchen, lots of white fluffy towels, lovely bathroom products and super comfy beds. It is really easy to get downtown from the hotel - just hop on the 22 bus that stops outside or take a short walk to the nearest ‘El’ train station Argyle. We absolutely loved it and will definitely stay here again if we come back to Chicago.

There's not a whole lot to do in Lincolnwood, but it is centrally located to everything you would want to do in Chicago and the northern suburbs. The hotel taxes are much lower than in the city so if you're planning to be on the north side, it could be a great option.

We enjoyed eating at Panera Bread Restaurant for breakfast and did some shopping at the mall across from the motel which included Ross and a dollar store.
With the Motel located right at the corner depending on what time you were leaving it was difficult to merge into traffic. Also due to traffic being right outside your window you could hear people talking and the traffic cars going through especially in the mornings and late at night. Further from the area we stayed there were plenty of places to eat, shop and a nice AMC theater, Tuesday being a cheaper day to see a movie with your AMC registration. Lou Manatti's a good place to have Chicago style pizza , meatball sub with the fruit on the side.
