I was just passing through this time but the people in Arkansas are so friendly and welcoming. Sim's BBQ had been recommended by a local but because of the storms we were not able to try it. Hot Springs is pretty close, too, and has many nice trails for walkers right around the National Park which surrounds the town. And don't miss McClard's BBQ if in Hot Springs. Uber is a great way to get around if you don't have a car. Also not in LR, the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art is exceptional (and free) if you are able to get to Bentonville.

We wouldnt stay here again due to the noise from the people upstairs. The staff didnt bother to ask the people to quiet down. We were up til midnight, when it finally got quiet. The road traffic is a bit loud also. The beds are more firm. Our backs were hurting. If you like firm beds and noise, this is your hotel. This hotel is one of the best ever (on the world). Fantastic!! I liked everything. The staff was amazing, such wonderful ladies; everyone. The room is big, comfortable, clean, very well equipped, beautiful. Bed, shower, refrigerator, TV, everything was great. The breakfast was abundant and tasteful. The lobby is nice. They even have a basketball court. Location is perfect, the area is safe. I enjoyed so much; thanks!!
