The managers made the stay much better.
The managers made the stay much better. No soap in the bathroom the hotel was totally out of it but a manager snuck me a bar. The hotel policy is not to clean the room unless you request it during your stay. The toilet was plugged up and the maintenance guy asked if I wanted to unplug it myself. I feel sorry for the managers since they’re facing a lack of workers just like everybody else.LouisUnited States - 10Scored 10

My daughter had her wedding and reception at Manor Hill. The overview is completely amazing. This was a short ride from the hotel. Shuttle service wasn't available which was disappointing, not only to me but to many of her friends attending. Many hotels I've stayed at have shuttles running to and from the airport which would have helped tremendously. The hotel recommended a gentleman who was way overpriced. I'd very much enjoy the hotel changing this and become more people-oriented, as this is a Hilton.

We loved the suite which enabled us to bring our own food. The suite was spacious, there were extra towels, it was immaculately clean and the bed linens were crisp, modern, not overbearing; the mattress and pillows cozy. One of the BEST parts is that we could sign into our Netflix account. Most other hotels in the area do not provide for that and we find it very annoying!
