We liked the lap pool, the outdoor hot tub, the work out facility, the tennis courts and ability to borrow rackets. We liked that it was close to some great hiking as well.

This was a birthday gift for my son, we both came down with RSV & despite trying to contact Booking . Com as instructed, I reached back out to the property explaining the situation & requesting a date change, I was told that I would need to pay extra but Not a problem, I would do this as at the time my son & I were both very unwell. This was then denied to us so I couldn’t change the date & once I was told this fact I was then told I could not get a refund, so despite attempts in phone calls & emails, I then had no choice but turn up on my own & stayed for the dates Originally booked this despite being physically un well with a Respiratory issue. The room had No microwave to heat food or no TV to occupy the long day’s & night that I spent in my bed coughing & weazing with a portable Oxygen bottle. I told the facility not ask me for an opinion as It is going to be simply bad feedback not a very good experience. the property blames Booking . Com & visa Vera’s. I Don’t care Once my son was well I sent him on his birthday Holiday overseas. I booked it direct never gain will I do this It’s a shame & I hope they disinfected the room.
