It is an older hotel for sure, and fairly dated. However, the room appeared tidy, it was VERY quiet, and the shower had hot water with good pressure. Staff, a European sounding dude, was friendly and helpful. Close to the Myth and food options/shopping, etc.

Hot and cold breakfast options were ample. Coffee was much better than I expected it would be. Room size was adequate and appreciated having a sink outside the bathroom as well as inside the bathroom. Also, having a refrigerator and microwave was quite convenient.

I like the area, close to things and close to the cities but not to close, so if you are a person who likes to be close enough to the city to visit but not in the city this is defiantly a good option. Getting around isn't hard either which is nice. there aren't many food stops that we found but I'm sure if we looked a little more we defiantly could have.

Although traffic in this area is busy, the hotel was easy to get to. The parking area is open and by a beautiful lake. The check-in staff was super friendly and helpful. The woman who ran the breakfast area was so pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful. It was the best post-Covid breakfast we have had in a hotel. She kept it clean and well stocked.

Facility and room were clean.
Facility and room were clean. The breakfast was sufficient, hot items offered everyday. Price was very affordable. Neighborhood was a little sketchy however I felt very secure during my stay and hotel was close to major roadways for an easy commute. Internet was slow at certain times. I recommend second or third floor room. I stayed 4 nights and would book again.

Maplewood Mall is a place to shop if you're looking for a better store in the Maplewood area. There are many other stores besides the Mall and many restaurants nearby. Awesome and tasty foods. Lot of parks for picnicing and fishing. Very good place to be at.
The hotel was located with easy accessibility to downtown St Paul. It was exceptionally priced with a 24-hour front desk. Our room was spacious and comfortable. There were warm and cold breakfast options with staff dedicated to the breakfast area. I loved the spacious, open, airy feeling of the breakfast room area with plenty of room for 50 guests or more. We met new friends there as both parties were there for several days.
The Hotel positively contributed to our sojourn in the Twin Cities. Thanks to its staff who was not only welcoming but also present, accomodating and proactive for things we might have needed or wanted. We also enjoyed our sunny room that looked over a small lake. Also appreciated other outdoor attributes like a gazebo and a firering. Breakfast met our expectations and the breakfast area was comfy and sunny.
The expectations we had for the price we paid, were well below what we actually experienced...a very nice hotel for a very reasonable price! Hot cooked breakfast every morning, friendly, helpful, courteous staff, clean, comfortable room, safe, convenient location. This place is a super value!

Simple and straightforward. Cozy with everything a hotel should have. Breakfast didnt blow my mind but I wasn't expecting it to. Oh and main lighting controlled by the lightswitch by the door (as it should be)? Nice
The staff is nice, the breakfast is decent, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I really like that they have items available for purchase at the front. I always need water in hotels.
Nice hotel that we booked on the fly. Did not expect that the service was as nice as it was in the hotel. Breakfast was very good, with lot of different foods to choose from
