Breakfast selection was good. My grandson really enjoyed breakfast. I had to go to the front desk to request bedding for the pull out sofa. It was not in the room.

Janie and Peggy (front desk) were fantastic! Friendly, helpful and personable! Wonderful accommodations, very clean. Hot breakfast was good, staff that prepared and served looked to be a hard worker. Cleaned and aided guests from start to finish. Staff kept hotel clean from lobby all the way up to room. View was great, including surrounding area. New hotel feel with old school, traditional hospitality. Planning to visit again.

The view from the balcony was beautiful, loved being able to step outside and sit and just watch the water and tree line. The staff working were very friendly and helpful. The room and bed were very comfortable. Very nice area to walk my dog and thanks for the station for clean up. I would recommend staying here to anyone that visits Marble Falls. Would be nice to have a light by the gazebo as I am a smoker and found that area a little dark.

Went to see the lights put on by the city.
Went to see the lights put on by the city. Enjoyed them... but while there, we took in the sights at surrounding cities as well. Enjoyed other cities better! The cost to stay in Marble Falls made it the better place to stay, as the drives to the other cities was easy enough.

Marble Falls is a quaint town that offers great dining, shopping and beautiful surrounding scenery. It has grown considerably since our last visit but it has kept the small town feel that is very inviting. We enjoyed dinners at the River City Grille; Simply Pho House and, of course, the famous Blue Bonnet Cafe.

We love the area.
We love the area. This time we spent 2 afternoons in Luckenbach listening to live music. They have free concerts and let other musicians perform. It was a great time. Don't forget to tip the musicians
Janie and Peggy (staff) were fantastic! Friendly, helpful and personable. Exceptional accommodations, very clean! Staff kept hotel clean from lobby, breakfast area & all the way up to room. Kuddos to the lady who serves breakfast, hard worker from start to finish. She kindly aided guests that seemed to have needed a bit of help. View and surrounding area a huge plus. New hotel feel with old school hospitality. Will stay there again.
Stayed at laquinta hotels before and didn't expect much, because none of my past stays with this brand were more than a 2 star comment. This property is excellent in every aspect. I did not use the pool, so i cannot comment on that but everything else was very good. Can recommend and if we have to stay in Marble Falls again, it will certainly be in this hotel. Than you for a great stay.
the whole experience was better than expected. Maybe shortsighted but you wouldn't immediately book a 2 star hotel in Europe. Or you have certain expectations about it. But it was all perfectly arranged. They even changed us to another room because the safe wasn't working properly. And in the evening we noticed a little note and snacks and water as a apology - which was not needed!
Super cute. Really easy check in to get door code. Never seen anyone. 1 block off the main downtown with shops, restaurants, brewery, and entertainment. Great parking. Facility is amazing and would definitely stay again. WiFi and tv were fantastic with a kitchen and fridge. Couldn’t ask for more. Had a blast in Marble Falls and the property made it perfect.
This was a quiet getaway for us and it fit the bill. Small town quiet and a number of eating, ‘antiquing/art’ shops in the area. Great hospitality in general on Main Street in particular. TV was great. Had minor trouble accessing some docs due to software on one pc but another worked fine.
Lovely hotel in great location close to downtown and overlooking river. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Room spacious, comfortable and everything we needed. Would recommend to others and would deffo stay again. Marble Falls is a great place to visit
It is a great location as next to the historic part of Marble Falls. Coffee shops, restaurants and others are all within walking distance. Great to have dedicated parking also at the back of the property.
What I like about the stay was the cheap cost. The other thing that I liked was the cookies that Kaz made for us. Also, was nice that you have a large place to enjoy yourself.
The cleanliness of the hotel. The front desk person, I believe her name was Merrianne (if not my apologies) was very helpful and tended to our needs. I would stay here again.
