The general manager checked us in and was extraordinarily polite and professional. He helped us with our minor requests with great kindness. The room was very clean and accommodating.

Everything Nothing at fault . I’m British so would prefare a kettle in the rooms to boil hot water as water machine downstairs water is always cold for a cup of tea . Staff always have a smile on their face which is amazing they are always willing to help which I love .

The lobby was beautiful and is a great first impression. The pool was nice size, taken care of and clean. The room was nice and the windows gave it an elegant touch. The bathroom was large, nice looking and clean. The provided breakfasts were delicious and well stocked.
It was better than anticipated. Linens were clean, bed was comfortable, soap was great quality (better than some of the nicer hotels that I’ve stayed in) and I slept well. I booked a 3 night stay
Convenient location for our needs. Room was very clean. It appears they are in a renovation process, so would expect walls and entrance area will improve over time.
Everything was exceptional. The only thing was the location for the activity I was involved with, but the hotel was so good I will be returning in July.
