Large and spacious room that was clean and well appointed. Staff friendly and attentative and visible at every entrance and exit. The check-in process was fast and I very much appreciated that. I had done a pre check in but needed key cards...if I said that to the concierge she might have even been quicker because she assumed I needed to do more than just show ID and get a card.

This Hilton is a disgrace to the Hilton name brand. Staff not friendly or helpful. Room was very dirty. Lamps didn't work, corridor to room had wires exposed the whole time of our 5 day stay. Fire alarm went off 3 times, twice in the middle of the night. I DO NOT recommend this hotel.Jean

The view from the room overlooking the pool was fun, and the room was spacious and had really nice and comfortable appointments. The staff was great, from the front desk to the pool attendant to the restaurant staff and the bellhop, who provided a fun and memorable ride on the cart for my great-nieces, we all loved that.
