Very clean and attractive hotel! The staff with whom I interacted were very friendly, although at check in, the woman at the desk (may have been the manager) had her tween or teen daughter with her at work, and the girls asked if she could get a drink from the drink refrigerator that is for guests. The checkin took a long time, and the woman claimed it was the slow mountain internet. I just didn't think it was professional (not the best first impression). However, this is likely one of the cleanest hotels in which I've stayed in a while and offered a diverse and large breakfast.

The breakfast was very good. The employee that ran the breakfast area was pleasant and kept the area clean and well stocked. Pool area was clean and had plenty of clean towels. The location is very convenient to I-81 and the town of Winchester with great restaurants and shopping.
